I took the Relax plan in No Broker & the RM Priyanka was assigned for my flat search. Even after 4 days passed I did not get any contacts of flat owners from her. I requested NB to assign a new RM who got knowledge of the city (Pune) She gave me one contact which was around 7 kms from my requested area. On third day she was off duty. This is wat NB care for clients after you pay money. NB is not ready to change the RM either, nor any of their managers ready to speak to me. Being a senior citizen I found myself cheated. Now what I should do, need advice from the readers.
