nobroker is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Based on multiple conversations with Hariharan Gunasekaran, I purchased a premium subscription from NoBroker to sell my commercial office in Wakad, Pune. Hariharan assured me that there were 45+ interested buyers for such properties and convinced me to take their premium plan.
I purchased the package on a Sunday. Hariharan specifically mentioned that the service would begin from Wednesday since Sunday was a holiday and the FRM could not visit. However, I later noticed that the service started from Sunday itself, with no option to adjust the start date as promised.
Even after 34 days, no FRM visit was scheduled to take pictures or videos of my property, despite repeated commitments. Instead, I only received 3 bogus leads, one of which was already shared with me earlier. This clearly reflects poor lead quality and lack of genuine buyer interest.
For comparison, representatives from 99Acres themselves advised me that NoBroker is not effective for commercial property sales and recommended their platform instead. Unfortunately, by that time, I had already subscribed to NoBroker.
This is not my first disappointment. I had earlier faced serious issues with their painting service, and now, once again, NoBroker has broken my trust.
I still have a couple of months left with the premium plan, and I sincerely hope the assigned Relationship Manager(Shubhada Kumari) and FRM(Rohit) can improve the service delivery.
At this stage, however, I cannot recommend NoBroker for commercial property sales due to misleading commitments, poor execution, and lack of professionalism.
