I opted for their rental agreement service on 5th of September and one of their representative informed me that it would get completed within 2 working days. After that no one contacted me till today, hence I only called up to find out progress of my work. one of their customer care lady received the called and started talking to me in a very rude tone as if I disturbed her by making the call. When I asked her when would the hard copy of rental agreement be sent then she replied that no hard copy would be provided and disconnected the call, I never expected such kind of rudeness as usually customer care people never behave like that. After that multiple times I tried to reaching them, but every time they used to either pick up my call and kept it on hold or not responded only. I am feeling cheated by these fraud people and I have decided that i would never ever take any service from them. Once you pay them they do not care about you, pathetic service.
