Never use their No broker legal services. Review on Nobroker

Absolutely No. My friend in US wanted to do Power of Attorney and Gift deed for their property in Bangalore, india. They asked us help to identify a advocate. We enquired and No broker sales team was very responsive and convinced us to take the package(about INR 45000 - POA, Gift deed, Khata transfer etc.). So I recommended them to my friend and he paid for it. Things worsened after that - They allocated a relationship manager(Deepu) after some days who would reach out to the advocate. But even after 1 month of payment - things would not move. My friend did not even get the draft of POA or gift deed. They would just give some excuse and keep delaying. Relationship manager goes for 1 week leave and then for 1 week there is no back up given or any progress made. they do not share status update - we need to keep following up. They do no share any direct number to call or clarify. it is all through emails and so very difficult to clarify anything. Since my friend was finding them very unresponsive and had very bad experience with them, I tried reaching the sales person(Neeyog Rawat) who convinced me about their great service - he used to give some excuse saying it will be done next day or say he will check and call back - then he would never call back and eventually he would not even respond to the call. The only way to reach the sales team is by calling a common number and we will need to request who ever picks to connect to Neeyog. But he would never come on call. Everytime they will say they will arrange call back in 15 min/30 min - but nobody would call. The POA and Gift deed is still pending. I am ashamed that I suggested No broker to my friend. Humble request - pls do not go through them- they will talk so professionally and call you 10 times till we make payment. Once payment is done, they don't care.

Pathetic customer service - I am writing this review so that other people dont get fooled like me.
