nobroker Cares
nobroker is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
My review is limited to their free basic plan that provides 9 contacts.
I loved the concept of nobroker and them charging fee for owner's contacts; however I didn't find value because out of 9 contacts, I could use only two because 7 owners had already rented out their flats.
I contacted their customer support which is very responsive(in terms of response time on chat); they promised to credit my 7 contacts back but it never happened despite me chatting with them on 3 occasions. I'd have subscribed to paid service; however free service was a big turn off.
