Have been using them for several years without issues but this year having a horrible experience.
Taxes were filled on their website several months ago. They are unable to upload to IT Website, unable to share JSON for DIY.
When they shared JSON it had 15 errors.
They disabled 2FA from the backend
WhatsApp support is useless. All bots.
No way to get to human and get support, money is paid to them so it will be double charge.
