Call center is running on the sign-ups and if you did that with your correct details then they will make your life hell. Also, they people threaten to delete your Id if you will not pay to them. Their staff is not competent and doing the copy and paste of the different author books.
It is true much better content is there on google and youtube. They are just make the money by providing the basic support.
