Please note that Roads, Landscaped gardens, Jogging Track, Tennis courts, Giant Chess, Football ground, Amphitheater, Stepped lawns, Under ground drainage, STP, Under ground electrification and compound walls have all been completed in the project already for Phase-1 and Phase-2. There are 30 houses in the Phase-1 and Phase-2, with some more under construction. Clients who have purchased plots earlier, have been constructing atleast 1 house every two months in JR Greenpark Phase-1 and Phase-2 today.
