Wife wanted to send Rakhi with sweets and flowers to her brother. The Rakhi was still three days away. But to be safe we chose https://indiangiftsportal.com/ for sending the Rakhi and they very glibly promised delivery before the Rakhi which was on 02 Aug 2012. So on 1 Aug they should have delivered the Rakhi as advertised on their website for Express delivery orders.
But it never happened, they did not deliver it in the Morning of 02 Aug even when Rakhi is celebrated but the order was delivered in the night of 02 Aug. We felt cheated and for Express delivery they took Rs 799/- for delivering few wilted flowers and one Kg of tinned Rasogullas in a wet, soiled and dirty packaging. It was really pathetic.
Also their phone support is never available and mostly busy. It will take you hours of effort to get to them on phone. They never reply to your emails, in all it was one of the most harrowing experience for me to use their website for a gift delivery.
My recommendation: NEVER USE https://indiangiftsportal.com/ even if you have lots of time with you.
