Disappointing Experience with Go Mechanic
I recently took my EON car to Go Mechanic for basic service. I clearly instructed the service representative not to send my vehicle to any third-party workshop and confirmed that they had their own workshop. However, to my surprise, an inexperienced mechanic was assigned to my car for the service.
The basic service cost ₹2, 700, and I also agreed to an additional ₹1, 600 for valve door packing, bringing my total to approximately ₹7, 000. Unfortunately, after the service, I discovered that my car’s central locking system was damaged and is no longer functioning.
This experience has left me very disappointed. I expected a higher level of service from a reputed name like Go Mechanic, but it feels like I was misled. I would caution others to be wary and ensure their vehicle is handled properly. it is better find good reputed mechanic in local and go to him better than scammed
