I have been residing in the Garuda Royal Homes for the past few months. My family has been happy for providing such a great facility which is a lifetime achievement for me at an affordable cost. I am very happy about keeping the family, especially my kids are very very happy, what else? I made it in the first attempt. I may be the first customer bought the flat just before launching the project. The important thing to note is, Our PM Modi has done demonetization within a couple of months of the project launch and I got lost hope of completion of the project but Mr. Srinivas, MD, Garuda Royal Homes, has taken it as a challenge and worked hard with passion to complete. Surprisingly, the project structures have completed in a few months and my hope has reached the sky and brought a few of my friends to buy the flats for them. They too happy and we are all staying as a single-family and seeing each other every day. The quality of construction is very good.

All the commitments are also met. I can't dream beyond this. Thanks, Mr. Srinivas and his staff for making me and my family comfortable stay and happiness.
