Crap Service, need to rethink before I buy something more from FirstCry now..
I ordered 3 items from FirstCry on 7th Dec 2011. Got prompt delivery too. But the shipment which was delivered to me had wrong product in it.
Immediately I called FirstCry customer care, the guy told me to send photographs of the wrong item delivered to me. The guy also told me that since it is fault from FirstCry the company will arrange pick-up of the wrong product and will deliver the correct product. I sent them the mail but I didn't get any reply. So called customer care again. This time different customer care executive told me to send the courier to their ware house.
I told him why would I do that, since it's your fault you should arrange all things. I won't do that. He didn't had any answer.
It's really HOPELESS and Pathetic service. No one knows what is the correct process. And I am wondering will I get back the replacement of the product.
