Ecom Express is a failed courier logistics company. Every time that I ordered a product online the delivery gets delayed because of the laid back attitude of the courier agent. They rarely pick up the call. Even if they pick up, they make failed promises of delivering the product on time. On another ocassion I had to cancel my order because the Ecom courier agent was unable to locate my address. I tried calling but to no avail. Sometimes they don't notify before coming for a delivery. The work ethic of the company is not proper. It should be changed. The functions in which the couriers are handled must be upgraded. I have poor feedback for Ecom Express.
