Ebay is not able to complete the orders. I have been told the seller has backed out twice . But the refund ws too slow.Then I had a return . Even though the seller acknowledged the receipt of the item ebay was asking for proof of courier. The amount was paid after on 28th March and refund received on 2nd May after so many email. Seller reported the receipt of returned item on 7th May. Still ebay was asking for evidence of courier .
