THEY DON'T SOLVE ANYTHING THE BADDGE THAT MY "ISSU WAS SOLVED" IS FAKE THEY DON'T DO NOTHING
I purchased and paid for a flight through this agency, and from the outset, the experience was a nightmare. I made a small typo in my email address and reported it immediately. Despite this, it took them four days just to send me a copy of the receipt, and they never corrected the email.
I specifically requested that all communication be done via email as clearly advertised on their website yet they repeatedly insisted on calling me during working hours, disregarding my request entirely.
Every single call had the same goal: to pressure me into paying more money, claiming the price I had already paid was no longer valid and pushing me to cover the new fare offered by the airline(if I had wanted to pay airline prices, I wouldve booked directly!). They even went so far as to blame Google for showing inaccurate prices and tried to make me feel guilty for using a search engine rather than going directly to their site. Absolutely ridiculous.
When I refused to pay the extra charges, they unilaterally cancelled my ticket without informing me, even though I had explicitly stated I did not want to cancel. To make matters worse, because they never corrected the email address, I received no official notification at all.
In short:
Incompetent, manipulative customer service
Illegal and dishonest business practices
A stressful, abusive experience with no accountability
Avoid this agency at all costs. Its a scam disguised as a travel service.
