Here's my bad experience: flight was rescheduled by airline, hence I called the airline who said I can cancel it(as new timing was dawn, not suitable to fly with baby) with full refund. I informed easemytrip.in/com that there is no airline cancellation fee(when I cancelled in EMT it also shows only Rs.250 deduction for cancellation). After 2 days, got an email showing deduction for both airline fee of Rs.2900(which is a clear fraud) and EMT cancellation of Rs.250! I wrote back immediately(copying airline's nodal officer) that why EMT is deducting the airline cancellation fee(airline nodal immediately replied that they haven't deducted it). So here's the status today. Am waiting for EMT response. I CAN'T TRUST THEM ANYMORE. If not full refund, I will escalate to highest authority.

Update of Mar 26: I got full refund from the airline, which is credited to my account after Rs.250/passenger deduction as cancellation charges by EMT(which is ok for me.) So issue resolved. Thanks Mouthshut. And friends, watch for the final amount refunded till EMT fixes their bug that sends system-generated emails showing Airline deductions too(though airline may say full refund due to flight changes made by the airline.)
