Its a Scam. Your flight will be cancelled/delayed. Review on Easemytrip

I booked my flights using easemytrip and honestly please beware because I was flying for my job interview and the flights got cancelled. I tried to reach them out but it took me forever. Someone already asked me not to ever book using their portal besides that being my only option I did and the flight got cancelled with no resolution given from their end. I took another flight but it did cost me my job since I was late. The travel agents would not answer my call or refund the amount stating that the airline declared bankruptcy. Now, the company being a third class third party service company kept me on a hold, gave me no resolution, mentally harassed me and havent given any compensation till now. Even a one star rating is too much for a company which not only keeps their customers on a hold but also have such a poor management. Im from a management school myself and it seems like the whole education system has failed them greatly to not be able to deal with their customers. I can give you a written guarantee that its a scam and if you book your tickets using their service there is a 65% to 70% chance that your money will be wasted as despite of getting information on sold out flights, they tend to sell it and you will be kept on hold at the airport with no resolution specifically because you booked through them.
