EaseMyTrip_Care is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

The website is very slow.

Also information available in the site is incomplete. Mant times you will find the price offered & actual bill with difference of around 100-300bucks

You book a ticket it won't get confirmed than you will get a call from than asking more money if you look for confirmed ticket, here they will ask anything between 1000-1500 rs

Morever their cancellation charges are very high. So in greed of getting good deals on flight don't get in trap of easy trip, they will not make your trip easy but they will take you easily for ride. Customer service is pathetic & rude. More pain to come from them if you choose them Stay away stay safe
