EaseMyTrip_Care is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

I booked a trip to Thailand through this agency and have been chasing a refund of over ₹200, 000 for more than four months, with zero accountability, no proof of refund, and evasive communication at every level.


The itinerary was handled by Kuldeep Negi(+91 78279 82665), who initially botched the payment process by giving me incorrect bank details, which led to rejected transactions and international bank charges. I was forced to make another transaction which apparently wasn't received by them until the trip ended(how convenient). Despite multiple confirmations and urgent follow-ups, the agency left my hotel bookings hanging until the last minute — forcing me to make out-of-pocket payments during the trip, completely ruining the experience.


The matter was passed to Naresh Varma(+91 84700 14510), who added to the chaos. Rather than providing basic clarity on the refund amount or timeline, he kept re-demanding documents like my passport and bank details which he already had. He even claimed the case would be resolved by January 16th — another false promise.


Later, the case was handed over to Jaynish Mishra(+91 87663 67962), who has been unprofessional and evasive. He repeatedly sends vague WhatsApp messages such as “approval awaited” or “refund initiated, ” yet refuses to provide any proof of transaction or remittance confirmation. His responses have now stopped entirely — no replies to messages, and my calls are ignored.


I also raised the issue with their senior team, but despite assurances, I have received no resolution or acknowledgment.


This ordeal has been emotionally exhausting and financially distressing. For a brand associated with travel, the lack of integrity, urgency, and transparency is shocking. If you value your peace of mind and money, I URGE YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY.
