Majestic Mauritius. Review on Easemytrip

Everything went well for us in this tour. We took a 6 nights(7 days) package from Easemytrip and initially I had a look at the reviews of this tour company at this website and it was quite impressive! From the sales team(Pooja Jain), we had a detailed conversation of the itinerary and then went for the booking. Various payment options were notified to us but we could not find the "No cost EMI" option and the same was told to us by the sales team that it is not available with them right now. But overall, the tour plan, payment details and scheduling, and information regarding accommodation with meals at the hotels were all explained very clearly by the sales team.

Very soon, before one month of our journey, another communication team responsible for arranging various documents for the travel voucher(Mr. Puneet and his team) got in touch with us. They booked the tickets, send it to us before 5 days from our departure and also shared emergency contact numbers upon reaching Mauritius airport. After reaching MRU airport, the office of the TAMTAM tour operator was just before the exit and helped us in providing the contact number of the main person(Mr. Chandrashekhar) responsible for providing the transport for the transfers as well as on the tour days. There was a change in the schedule compared to what was shared to us by Easemytrip from the very first day after our arrival and this was not communicated to us before. But this was not much of an issue. Everything went super smooth since our arrival. We even took a personalized tour on one of our free days from the TAMTAM operators to visit the Casela Nature Park which was absolutely worth. The cabs were all in a super good condition and rides at every spots were very comfortable.
