EaseMyTrip_Care Cares

EaseMyTrip_Care is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

I booked my flight through EaseMyTrip, but unfortunately, the airline canceled the flight, not me. Even though the cancellation was completely out of my control, EaseMyTrip still deducted a convenience fee of AED 120 from the refund.


I understand that service fees apply for booking, but charging customers when the flight is canceled by the airline is unreasonable and feels exploitative. Most reputable platforms waive such fees in these cases or at least offer some support. EaseMyTrip didnt provide any flexibility or courtesy.


Disappointed with the experience. I will think twice before using EaseMyTrip again, and I recommend others to consider booking directly with airlines to avoid such hidden charges.
