Liars ... Do not trust them

Review On Daadys Builders, Bangalore

I would like to caution you against dealing with Daadys developers and builders. I recently bought a property from them and would like to share my experience.

Before making the decision to purchase, I had really nice experience with marketing professional. They were very responsive. Property was near completion and they promised to hand it over within a month. It took them more than 3 months to deliver. Since delay is common problem, I did not mind it. There were other problems which are more concerning:

1) Quality of work: After I got the possession on very first day, it rained heavily. From almost all walls, rain water started coming in the house. I had to leave for abroad same day. I tried to talk to their owner MD, but he never picked up the phone, never responded. I had to fight with their engineers and they came up with lame excuses.

2) I returned after 4 months to find the house in terrible condition. All walls were wet and paint was off at many places and it became unenviable. Again I tried to speak with MD, but he would never respond. After lot of hassle, they have fixed some of the problems.

In summary, First, I was not happy with quality of work and second, dealing with their staffs was nightmare. Only time MD responded when I told them to cancel the agreement, after that he would not care.
