This order dated 15th March which was prepaid and cancelled .is required for refund of 141/- to be transferred to sodexho card.but I am cheated by grofers by not refunding 141/- despite a week over on this. screenshot send on your email to and chat on customer support and grofers mAnasultangement(which incudes Saurabh, Subhash, Albinder, vibhu.gautam @ grofers.com)
Since grofers is not calling me to speak and explain the same,
1) if you do not speak and resolve issue, I am compelled to blog on social websITES_Company against grofers .after writing to mAnasultangement.
2) Stop buying as grofers is not ethical and cheating with me
- Highlights are grofers sent me 1 Expired Milk terta packs packed in 2018 and when I rasied this complaint they refunded 141/- for 2 tertarpacks in march and after few days debited 141/- back from My wallet was debited by grofers without my permission.
