New Meaning for Worst - "Anu Builders Service"

My personal and worst Experience with Anu Builders:

They will tell they know All top person of chennai corporation and panchayat. Marketing people and owner will tell once after completing the building the road will be laid and water connection will be made. But even after three years nothing was happened. if we called the staffs for a help, they even don't know the flat name and where it is. Once after paying full money they will forget you.

1. within six months after buying my new flats the compound wall have big crack around 7 to 10 mm. we can see outside in between the crack.

   
   




2. Another Construction in our street by Anu builders have water stagnation within eight months of constructions. Even the house owners of the building met and informed staffs and owners. They are telling silly reasons like they wont get sand and stone to fill the hollow space . But they are doing all new constructions. I think they are taking sand from moon to fill up that hollow space. and finally told our part is over once after completing the building.

   
   




3. Even cant say poor. its worst and worst service after paid the full money.
