I have applied for conversion of my airtel postpaid number into prepaid on 09th of May. the postpaid sim was deactivated on the same day but prepaid sim is still not activated. my all contacts are in that sim and a balance of Rs. 300. I lost all of my amount and also my sim. I also made a complaint on their site and there is still no reply from them. I am totally disappointed from the customer service of airtel.
