I hired Agarwal Packers & Movers for shifting my house hold articles from Mangalore to Barbil.
1, We agreed that the same truck will go to Barbil, but some different truck arrived with my luggage.
- Items were badly damaged, broken and lost. Agarwal packer agreed to make good of loss and sent their surveyor(Tata AIG) the surveyor recommended the claim. Even after a year they have not honoured my claim.
Their behaviour is generally bad and rude
