Gre8 Mistake of investing in Srinilaya PRoject

[Sept 08, 2016]: Ppl, again I urge you not to buy home from this Builder. Yesterday Mr Adi Reddy visited Srinilay projects, Hyderabad and threatened residents for removing comments, so that he can fool others too to invest in Bangalore flats. There are still lot of work to be completed and yet he is clamming that everything is resolved and issues have been closed. I suggest people who are thinking to buy apartment from this builder to check with the current residents of the completed projects.

More than anything I was shocked to see that he had so much of courage of not completing the project yet threatened people to whom he should have apologized.

Again, please restrain yourself from buy home from this fraud builder.

• Even after 5 years this project is not completed

  
  




• Once you sign and paid the money they will change their attitude and behavior. Very rude  non cooperative, proceed in the way that is convenient to them at the cost of residents money

  
  




• Whatever work has been done is completely below normal living standards

  
  




• Sometimes they try to avoid with some logic for the work done that was promised and is part of the commitment(shown in brochure)

  
  




• Current situation is that since they have left the project in between we residents have to pool in  money for some of the basic necessities to make it livable

  
  




• Even after on time payments they threaten when asked on delays

  
  




• Builder and so called Site manager(I heard for the first time) doesn't show up to the site itself so leave about work.

  
  




• The situation has come where we are repeated asking them and only now when they have started getting pinched in Bangalore venture thanks to comments posted here they have started responding

  
  




• These guys have gone to a level where they are posting for themselves that the project is great and trying to fool people

  
  




• Those who like the venture are really not the residents of the community maybe their own sales team

  
  

There are lot of other things that I want to add but just leaving you all with this note.

Please refrain yourself from buying any flats from these people at whatever cost else you will loose all your hard earn money just like me and people who are currently staying there. Wise men are the one who learns from others mistake and you be the wise men and refrain yourself from investing in such ventures at least Adi Emerald - Srinilaya project.
