Few days later I just ordered a LED TV and then don't ask to me what happens they send me a broken one I am so much frustrated and really I am very angry pics are given.!

Their customer services executives *didn't pick up call and when they did it they just say that we contact you in sometime and then nothing happens.

if we talk about their PRODUCT QUALITY then we could see in the photo below but I am not judging it in my first try.!may be they deliver good products but mine was horrible.

I just like a thing in them that they DELIVER FAST I GOT MY SHIPPING IN 3 -5 DAYS

their website outlook is nice and attract the viewers to see more attractive bright colors and very excellent font but I just didn't like their services

if u are willing to buy a ELEctronic or anything from it please verify first from them who purchased that product.

never buy from this there are many website and big from it. they have guaranteed products.

Zefo is a product of GoZefo. This website is recently launched with a good concept for customers. I have ordered a unboxed fridge from Zefo and fully satisfied with the service. I got the fridge in Rs 7999 and 1 day delivery as the product was in mumbai only. The scheme of this website is that you can purchase products and use them nicely for a long period of time and If you want to return that product, You can sell it on zefo again for 60% of actual price. You can save big on electronics if you are a customer of this platform. Unfortunatly this Zefo service is limited to only some cities which are Mumbai, Bangalore etc. Hope they expand Zefo to more cities as this is really a nice concept for online purchasing of electronics.

I am happy to use Zefo and will purchase some more electronics from this platform.

I recommend other people to try rhis out and see how you can save big on shopping.

I had purchased Mitashi 40 inch Ultra HD Smart Android LED TV with order ID 78416 on 27th May 2017. Post placing the order I got call from the customer case of Zefo that they would charge extra INR1000/- as delivery as the product was to be shipped to Mysore although I had mentioned that same address as place of delivery during placing the order. None of the folks from Zefo contacted me to inform the same or the same was not listed in their website before placing the order. Post delivery now I am facing issues with the product wherein I want to claim the 6 months service warranty now they have come up with new issue that the product will not be covered with service warranty as the product is in Mysore. This was not also informed to me while placing the order or while delivering the product. I would request to do complete duedeligence especially with this e-commerce company as they do not disclose complete information about the T&C's while placing the order. Customers are made aware of the hidden so called T&C's post product delivery.

I put up an add for sale of my old 32inch TV. Promptly I got SMS confirming the add and sending date & time to inspect the TV. Further got call in mobile enquiring about the TV condition and back ground. These are all straight forward  discussion and found no hidden or some other intention of the buyer. That was my initial impression built. Which I felt superb. Still I was bit in a doubt about their commitment considering interaction with similar other sites where number of calls come, lot of bargaining and finally no body turn up. Sure enough from GEFO scheduled technical persons turned up to physically check the TV and working condition. They were all in their company uniform. After checking the TV, discussed with their base office and prompt came the offer which I accepted. They took my bank details & IFSC and transferred money on the spot and took away the TV.

It was a new kind of experience total hassle free and professional interaction. I am very happy and wish them all the more success.

This site creater makes people fool with their cheaper quality products. My brother use this site and he knew this site while browsing his facebook and whn he open he see many of products sale is on this site and he order a table for study purpose and this site delievery time is like snail running time or give so bad product as not mention on site. This site customer support center also rudely behave and don't so fast react on our complaint. Overall this is fake fellowship site don't be join this type of junk site otherwise you spoil your money. Zefo is not best place for surfing choose another shopping site.

Bad site Zefo is a bad place to buy furniture.Their price is very high and bad performance I found this website on Facebook while browsing internet so I had ordered a sofa through Zefo.com which cost me 24000 INR. And I found the quality of sofa cloth was average not even comfortable.I called the customer care for their support they dint provide me proper answer very bad customer services as my personal experience said they are selling the cheap quality of there product.There App and website is good.The making of the furniture is not reliable and not good design in their manufacture I really don't like this Zefo.com website.I would not recommended to any one.

Zefo is a good place to buy furniture for our house. Their price is very cheap and good performance. Their unboxedone is usaually not as good as we their buy they provide good service to our house its look very attractive its colour and design is very durable and find the prices just half as compared to the buying from shop that deliver fast with care we can get required model with best price in other hand if we buy a second hand items we forgot that if the item used earlier and have very less price but they are not in a bad condition the packaging is good effective product is delivered their way of packaging is super I will like it recommended to everyone

Hi friends today I am going to share with you my personal experience on using this website named zero.com I found this website on the Google while browsing the furniture workd. In this website you can get all the home furniture you want but they are if high price. I had ordered two double cost and one dinning. I found the cost is high but on delivery of the items I had seen that the quality of the wood they used in making the furniture is not good. The wood appears to e of cheap and can easily damaged. I had Called the customer care for their support they didn't have me any answer and said that its the best one. The quality of wood in making the furniture is not realible and we cannot see not designs in their manufacturing too. The customer service dis also very bad as they didn't respond to me when I called them. They simply said that will Come to resolve the issue but never came back to check it. So friends if you want your home to decorated with quality furniture better not to choose the online websites instead go directly to shops for buying so that we can check the quality of the wood and then see the price tag is reasonable or not.

They are very particular about their deliver time and the quality depends on the price one is ready to pay for. The website is very user friendly and very much reliable.

This Online furniture shopping website is an alternative option  for pepper fry.com. The customer service is average I must say. The product quality is reasonably good. The timely delivery of the product is also good. They have to work a lot on their presentation and marketing like apps and websites. For example, the recent Monsoon Mega Sale Offer they just kept it for only two days which I did not like it. I don't feel they are attracting enough audience. The prices are appropriate.

On websites it looks beautiful and it cost me 24000 INR. It got delivers in 9th days, I m bit upset due to its late deliver of their products. When they placed the sofa, it was not exactly what it was showing in website.

The colour was red cherish in website but I received dull red. So the website contents are not always true. The sofa was not very soft and comfortable, velvet clothing was rough. I have tried to complained to customer cares about this colour difference and uncomfortable experience in sofa but they has not given any proper explanations. Zefo.com app doesn't support on IOS.

The furniture quality is below average and its price is expensive in this website. So I suggest everyone before buying any product like furnitures try to visit physically  in furniture house rather than to check its product virtually on any websites.

Today I am sharing my bad experience on this website named "ZEFO", I listen that it is buy sell website so I google search about this and enter in website basically they sale and buy sofa to client so I need sofa set so I look there and I like 2 or 3 piece so I contact the client and make payment but after that they deliver me sofa set and I installed them in drawing room but the quality of sofa set is not good after a week the material of sofa set starting cuts and voice come when you seat not very comfortable feeling when you seat on them when I ask them to return then I not receive any reply from seller and he sell me a waste sofa set buy doing see fake picture on website really very fake content on this site which is not reliable.

I am In Bangalore and I needed a sofa set for 4 months only. After Searching Internet, I came to know about ZEFO, which was selling Sofa Sets at Rs.8999 only. It was stated on the website that the sofa set is gently used, so I thought it must be in good condition to last at least for 6 months.I placed an order and got the delivery within 3 days.

But to my shock, the sofa set was nowhere near to Gently Used.No one will place it in the Leaving Room.The cloth was totally worn from Handles and Seats.It makes noise while sitting.I had already asked for refund of my money but even after 10 days, I had not got any reply from their side. I not recommend Zefo for 2nd Hand Goods.

Hi, I had ordered a bed on 1st july as prepaid. After regular follow up, they had not dispatched till 7th July. Then I had canceled the order on 7th July and surprisingly they had initiated refund on 17th July. Still waiting for refund in the account.

Also not answering on mails, very disgusting services.

The second furniture on zefo are not that good as they showcase in the image.They all were way damaged. The table my brother bought is made of cheap wood , the  polish was wear out and the joints were not connected properly. Very disapponyed by the service.Hope not to buy again.

They might showcase afordable price but should also maintain the quality.

Zefo.com has different kinds of SEO tools but their service is really not good enough.and I have faced many issues when I goes to get their service about SEO Tools.

The main poor thing is Zefo had never provide good customer service I am completely unsatisfied for their poor customer service support.

Whenever I was go for get a service from Zefo I got unsatisfaction cause of their bad product and service quality but they delivered me the service quickly so their delivery service is quite good.

Zefo has very good and fast loadable Website and they also deliver fast service but their service and support are not really trustworthy and reliable thats why Zefo.com has to improve their service and support quality to provide valuable service to their customers.

Hello friends today I am sharing my reviews on this online shopping site name zefo.com I want to bought a watch this is good and in low price so I listen about that zefo.com product price is lower than others. So I go to this site and bought a watch wroth rupees 500 they said that product delivered in 3-4 days but they take 9 days to deliver my watch and when I open my parcel I am getting shocked that watch is totally broken and looking different from pictures when I tell about this watch to zefo.com service centre they only replied that they don't take any refund of this watch I am totally disappointed from this site don't buy any product from this site
