The Zefo.com is a website which sell furniture and electronic items online. I bought a dinning table from this website. I would like to share my experience. I checked different dinning tables on this website. I liked on of them so I ordered it. They took so much time to deliver the table. They delivered the table after a month. But I was thankful at least they delivered it. The table was good looking and as I saw on the website. But after some days the paint of the table started removing and the wood of the table started deteriorating. The quality of the product was very bad. Then I contacted the customer service and complaint about my problem but they told nothing can be done about the problem. My money was wasted and I was disappointed. The website is not good and not reliable.

So I recommend to buy your furniture from other websites or offline.

The rating of this company is excellent in city of Navi Mumbai. I purchase one office table from them and got the product as I was expecting. The product details mentioned online matched to the product arrived. Yes, customer care, mainly the person online chat are bit slow, but once the order is placed the regular follow ups make you feel comforatble.

The delivery of product is on time and the assembled the table at my home. The best thing I liked is that they accepted my request of payment by Card. Some of the product listed on Zefo sites are with buy back guarantee. So keep buying and save money and time

Hi friends today I want to review about zefo. com its a new online store which are available in for city like mumbai delhi mysor banglor, here you get all type of products whether its is bed, chair , office appliances, table, storage, fridge , ac, ?? television and such other products.

product quality : its a average one when I m in delhi in my brothers house I order that product, its have a high quality and cost but not effective for long term, I ordered a television and its color get fade of instantly,

Delivery timeline : its take four day to deliver in same state its not good that much you have to improve your delivery time.

I was about to sold my bed in Zefo they told that they will send some one for pick up, One day the person came and told we will not be able to take it as your house is on 2nd floor when I connected to customer care this guy told that I stay in 4th floor which was not, he started arguing with me. At last the customer care told me that they will pick up my product after 2 days and again after two days when I called him he was telling he will not be able to come as he had some difficulty. I had to shift out of Bangalore immediately at last after several false commitment I had to leave without selling it. I also didn't entertain many buyers as Zefo committed me for the pick up. The guys name is Biplab he is very arrogant and doesn't want to work he will only go to places where he had nothing to do.

Zefo WORST COMMITMENT! DONT TRUST AT LAST YOU WILL BE IN TRAP IF YOU ARE SELLING YOUR PRODUCT THEY WILL ONLY COMMIT AND ALSO NOT GIVE ANY ADVANCE ALSO.

This site is not trustable site I bought a t shirt in this zefo.com online sites the t-shirt look good in the side but in reality it is different it looks very dull it's not looking good and the material fabric is very low quality the seed of dictation have been disappeared in 10 to 15 days when I started to use it I contact customer care and they didn't responded properly little everytime was up to 20 days but it was delivered very late app and site is not good website is also not designed user friendly the reliability is it money and time waste side to online shopping I don't recommend this site to anyone it's better to go to Flipkart Amazon Snapdeal

I had uploaded some item on their website and their response was that they will get back after evaluation. On repeated follow up and chat with their customer care folk, I was told they will get back in a day or 2, but even after 5 days, they haven't yet replied to my mail or called back. Other websites are way better than them when it comes to evaluating the stuff and getting back.

I won't comment on buying anything from them though coz I haven't experienced that and neither do I wish to now, seeing their customer support.

So, in summary, for resale of items, I rate their customer support as bad and irresponsive.

Zefo website is eCommerce website where we get all over usual things. But if we compare it with other website, it is a very poor website to deliver.

customer service of tatscliq is very bad that they are not respons to all costomer.one in a imergency during the bad quality product I tried to call.But that call did not reach to customer. Even the presentation of the Product delivery is worst.They cost too high rate for that fake products and cheat the customers and once after we get delivery the ordered product if it is damaged and then if you like to exchange it we dont have option and they wont respond to any phone or a mail if you want to clarify your problem this is how they provide customer.

The product of this website is very bad.In some of time They issue bad quality product and broken and date expire product. Please don't go for this website instead use flipkart or myntra or abof or amazon which are reliable.

Last month, I booked a t-shirt from Zefo.com, on cash on delivery, I was really shocked when I opened the box, from outside it was looking good well packed but inside its contains were not present in a good state, t-shirt was larger in size and moreover I found that it was not the same shirt which I have ordered, I have ordered X sized t-shirt and the t-shirt provided to me was of L-sized, so I decided to call upon the customer care service, when I called to them they told that they will take back their product and will provide me the product which I have ordered but 20 days has passed I didnot got back my t-shirt, so I decided that lets's take back the money so I again call upon the customer service support and when I asked them about to refund my money they told me that they didnot refund money for their product. Friends Zefo.com is a cheater site they are just cheating their customers, please donot buy product from Zefo.com you will lose the thing as well as the money too.

Customer service:- At first they replied to all of my emails I thought that I will get back my product but when I asked them to refund the money and take back their product from that time they didnot replied to my email, I am very disappointed that I became part of this scam site, I lost my 1600 rs my friend.

Product Quality:-Product Quality was good but the product was not of my sized which I have ordered.

Delivery Timeliness:-The product was delivered to me 10 days after the order was placed, friends they are very slow at their delivery, when I buyed the product they told me that the product will reach to me within 2 days after the order was placed but later on they changed their words. Fake site for buying products.

Apps and websites:-i don't know whether they have app or not but they have website from where I have buyed the product, the website is good looking and well maintained no one could imagine by looking forward to the site that this site could cheat but yes they really cheats you I think that's why the site is attractive but there is also another difficulty in this site the images of the products took time to load.

Reliability:- After the experience with this site I found that this site is not reliable and this site should not be given the copyrights to trade.

This site is not trustable site. Iam buying a t-shirt in this zefo.com online site. The t-shirt is looking in site is good but realuty is different. The t-shirt is not looking good and the material is using in this t-shirt is very low qualty material. The t-shirt is shaded in 10to15days to use.Iam contact customer care they cannot respond proparly.The delivery time is upto 20days. Delivery is so late. App and site is not good design to customer confortablety. The realibility is it is a money and time waste site to online shopping. Iam not recommend this site to any one you will go to flipkart, amazon sites is better to buy good quality products.

I purchased a jeans and a T-Shirt from ZEFO.com, the product on the website was looking so good and it was written that the product's quality is cotton in the description, So I purchased this product of Rs 2k,

First Of all the delivery was very late than expected it takes about 10 days to reach me and then after I opened the product, it was not as good as I think, the quality of product was very bad and jean's colour in the website was dark blue,

but I got light blue, overall I say the quality of product was not good.

Then I tried to return it, I talked to customer service, they accepted my return but the service was not good, it took more than 2 days for return and then they refund my money more after two days, it means in 15 days of time I got nothing.

This Website Needs to improve its service as well as it's product quality.

I would not recommend you to purchase products from this site.

I am sharing my experience with you about this website and today I want to tell you that it is not a good website. 3 months ago I am brought a shoe from this website and I am not glad to brought my shoe from this. It's products looking so stylish and Awesome but the products of this website is not durable. Customer service is good but delivery time is so late, I am got my shoe in 6 days. I have some problems to use this website so I don't like this website. products quality of this website is not good. All products of this website is some expensive And nothing else.

Zefo is an online platform where you can buy and sell various products but it is widely known for furniture. The concept of buying online furniture not that new but still it has a limited reach. Zefo too has a limited reach, they don't offer delivery to all regions and is of no use to you until your city is marked in their list. It is great concept but what actually ruins the concept and reputation is the service and goods, which are of poor quality. Talking about their furniture, they take a whole lot of days to deliver and on top of that their furniture have a poor finishing. Instead, buying from a local store would be wiser because you can actually make sure that the product is in good quality and even can get them customized if you want, which you obviously can't on zefo. Their product is not that bad but they lag so much in some aspects that it becomes unworthy. Also they need to fix their app which crashes most of the time and it is really annoying. They can do better but at present they are not up to the mark.

This is an amazing website to buy furniture which are newly introduced in the market and are not available in any stores or wesbites to buy and enjoy the luxurious life with furniture they even sell many other stuff as appliances kitchen or electrical both are available in discount rates or any festive offer which makes the furniture or appliances affordable for the customers to buy and enjoy them in their home, office or any place you need. Now this generation is all work on internet in this generation shopping is also available on internet . Many shopping websites available on internet. I have done many product shop on internet. One day I shop on Zefo.com.

Customer service. I purchase sime product on zefo.com. It's customer service is very down. When my some product is defective I call the service center, they couldn't solve my problem.

Product quality. When I recevied the product it's quality is worst. The product quality is very very bad.

Delivered time. The delivery time is long. I am very disappointed.

App and websites. They have no provide any app for consumers help and complains.

I am the only person in my family who buys most of the goods by online shoping and I used 6 to 7 sides for shoping

I ordered a furniture that is a table from zefo.com and the product looking good and cool on the site but when the product is recieved by me after 24 days of shipping is in not good condition because it has some big crashes on it

So I has decided to return the product and trying to call their respective help centers but the response is very discusting and they even just try to ignore me at all time

Its looking very hard to return the product so I devided to kept the table.

On Zefo.com you can sell and buy the products. The product they show on website is too good, But when you receive that product, the product is worst. The Product quality they provide is very very bad. The delivery time they take to provide the product is much more than say. When you sell the product sometime some problem occurs, and when you try to contact the customer service, they don't solve our problems. The website is too poor, and even application doesn't work properly. This website is not reliable. Don't buy or sell product from this.

Zefo.com is a worse website I have seen. The product quality they provide is very very poor. The material used is also bad. The timing of delivery is very bad, they take too much time to deliver the product. The customer services is worst, they don't solve the problems which we have complaint for. The website is not at all good and application doesn't work properly. This website is not at all reliable.

So I prefer not to buy products from Zefo.com.

The zefo is website who delivers furniture online.The customer service is worth on this website they wont response your complain after sales.The staff behavior is very rude they wont listen to any complains.The Zefo is a fraud website they dont delivers the furniture which they show you on this website.The wood quality is very cheap they always overpriced his product.The furniture finishing is very Bad.They just cheat people through his selling.The delivery timeliness is very Bad and they told one thing and do another.In my experience I have order a dining set they show me that delivery about 9 days but they delivers it in 13 days which is very disappointing.Also they do not provide delivery at all postal address just few delivery address would be accepted.The website is good and its very fast.The website does not lag its open in few seconds that the best thing.The page loading is very fast and page setup is attractive.

There staff does not response to any query. There apps and website is also not good as it should be. There quality is very poor. And the delivery is totally timeless.
