Hi Everyone. Never ever trust ZEFO. THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING PRODUCT FROM ZEFO. WORST Experience and WORST Service provide by ZEFO. Its been 6 months I am facings issue with the product purchased from ZEFO from day one. Still the issue is not been resolved.
Here I am share the complete details and the conversation between Me and ZEFO Executives. As well the proof.

Complaint regarding the worst service provided from Zefo and Defective product given by Zefo Company. Its kind of Mental harassment cause from Zefo.
I had purchased Unboxed Whirlpool 3 Door Refrigerator(White Color) worth of Rupees 17159/- from Zefo on 18-07-2017, in the name of Arun - Order Number: 94617.
From the day one we are facing issue with this Refrigerator after purchase. Its sort of internal issue in Refrigerator which we are facing till date, even the indicator is kept in'0' mode, still freeze is too high an the vegetables and flowers are getting spoiled and rotted due to the water which is accumulated from the refrigerator.
After a month of purchase I raised a request in Zefo, due to this issue. After a day I received a call from one of Zefo executive. As per the executive confirmation, he initiated a scheduled Mr.Arvind - 9739855007 technician to visit and resolve the issue on particular date, executive shared that technician contact details to guide the venue details. When I called to Mr.Arvind, he was soo rude and not ready to listen the customer issue completely, instead started suggesting over the phone call. Then he started giving reason to visit location. Again I followed-up with Zefo executive about the executive behavior towards customers and the delay he was making to visit, later the Mr.Arvind visited the location on that particular schedule. On first service he said everything is fine with the refrigerator and suggested my mother not to use the plastic to store the eatables, and increased the freezing mode to'2', in my absence. Even I have posted this issue on Zefo page in Facebook.
After that service also it was the same issue faced by us. Again I raised a request with Zefo customer care, Mr.Arvind was the technician for 2nd time as well. He visit the location and left by saying he was not able to find any issue in the refrigerator and closed the request.
After some days again I raised a request for the 3rd time with Zefo for the same issue we are facing from the purchased date. This time a technician name Mr. Raju - 8792129094, he visited the location. As he was not able to identify the exact issue which we are facing, he just closed the request by giving some silly reason ie; the space between the wall and Refrigerator and the wall is less and there is no other problem with the refrigerator.
Recently before a week I raised a request with Zefo for the Replacement as the issue is not been sorted still, this was the 4th attempt made by me. This time again Mr.Raju was the technician and he called me stating that he is visiting my home and he wanted to replace the thermal. But as I was facing this Refrigerator issues from beginning days itself, as I raised request for Replacement, we didn't allow the technician to replace the thermal.
But my question for the Zefo or for the Technician is, whether he was not aware that he wanted replace the thermal when he visited before!? or Whether Zefo is maintaining unskilled technician staffs!?
Refrigerator will be purchased to keep the Eatable fresh, but the product which as been provided by Zefo causing a problems as I stated above already. Vegetables and Flowers are getting rotted and spoiled because of the water which is getting accumulated. And request to resolve the issues which we are facing on daily basis as my mother need to remove the spoiled vegetables and cleanup the refrigerator on regular basis the refrigerator. But both the unskilled Zefo technician's were giving all sort of silly reasons and closing the request.
Its almost completing 6 months from the date of purchase. Each time whenever I raise request I need to follow up with this Zefo several time in my busy schedule. Till date most probably I have followed with Zefo members including technicians more than 25-30 times. Its is like a mental harassment caused for me from Zefo these days. Zefo mAnasultangement is least bothered about the customer and they are only money oriented. Worst experience with Zefo. They sell defective product in the name of Unboxed pieces with external dent.
I request for the Replacement of the product or the Refund ASAP and kindly take some serious action on Zefo, as they are causing inconvenience for customers and for the mental harassment.

This is kind of Mental harassment caused by you people from Zefo. You people are not serious about the customer issues which we undergo because of unsatisfactory services. Before giving these kind of useless reasons can you kindly give me the valid justification for my questions which raised in previous mail.

Kindly provide the justification for the requested details. Later you can say whether it can be replaced or refund or buyback option.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you may have experienced in respect to the cooling effect of the product: Whirlpool 240L 5 Star Frost Free Triple Door Refrigerator pertaining to the order 94617.
Request you to note that we have had our technicians visit multiple times and found no issue with the product. The reason'the cooling is not effective' is because there's not enough clearance between the wall and the refrigerator. Once that is rectified, the product will be able to operate smoothly. If it still gives issues, we will be more than happy to provide a replacement by taking the product under BUYBACK policy. Or we can pick the product to our Warehouse and do re-Quality Check and deliver it back.

Yes, I accept that your 2 technician's from Zefo visited 4 times as the request was raised for 4 times till date. And complete details I have mention in the above mail.
But my clear question for you people is, Whether the technician didn't notice the thermal issue when he visited initially for the request, which was raised for the same issue?. Then how come he said that there is issue in thermal and he wanted to change thermal inside the refrigerator, when I raised request for the 4th time?. This shows that you people have haired unskilled technicians and people who are lack of knowledge. The technicians cannot identify the issue and just visit the spot and gives some bullshit suggestions before checking the internal issues properly.
Coming to the reason which you have provided for the issue from your end as well technician.(The reason'the cooling is not effective' is because there's not enough clearance between the wall and the refrigerator. Once that is rectified, the product will be able to operate smoothly).
Miss/Mrs. Megha, kindly go through the attachment from the initial mail which I have sent few photos of refrigerator placed. We are not uneducated nor this is the first time we are using refrigerator. Even we know to provide sufficient space between the refrigerator and the wall. I think we need to build 10*10 specific room to keep the special refrigerator which provide by Zefo!?
You people are providing worst services. More over wasting customer time and playing with our patience, it's kind of a mental harassment causing by you people from Zefo.
Kindly provide me your Contact details Miss/Mrs.Megha, as well provide contact details of Mr. Arvind, Mr.Raju, Mr.Pavan, Mr.Arjit and Mr.Himesh.
So I can take legal steps as required.
