Hi All,


My experience with Zefo online furniture shop.


I ordered a queen size cot and Mattress, Photos are excellent, Delivery was good.


Queen Cot gives cracking sound very often but there is no damage so due to cracking sound you can feel this may break any time. Secondly the Mattress which was quoted as 4 Inch foam mattress may not even be 1 inch thickness mattress when people sleep on it, you may not notice these two faults / defects unless you use them for couple of days. So when I noticed these defects and started talking to customer care they say the return policy is within 3 days so I am left with buy back at 60-70% option alone. In few days I am at loss by 30-40% of my money. It all depends on your luck, other wise you will be at loss with in no time by 30-50% by this web site / online frauds. Please keep this in your radar while making a purchase with Zefo. All the best!

Zefo is a fraud company.  I posted a cabinet of teak wood worth 40000 for sale and they quoted me a price of 2500. How cheeky can they be, I asked the person if I would be able to buy a cabinet this quality for the price quoted and they say check our website. No details asked on wood quality or length and width of the cabinet but a random ridiculous quote given. Either they fleece people by buying cheap and selling for more or they have shady processes.

COMPANY HAS SET UP MORE RESPONSIBLE SUPPORT SYSTEM. I AM SATIFIED FOR PRODUCT WASHING MACHINE. BALANCE OF EXCESS PAYMENT MADE 7MONTHS AGO WAS ADJUSTED EASILY PROVING TO BE TRANSPARENT DEALING. REFRIGERATOR PURCHASED NOW IS FUNCTIONING WELL.

Pathetic customer service

They say lack of customer service is suicide, this stands perfectly well for gozefo .


I had requested for a repair when my product was still under warranty, which never happened even after chasing it for couple of months. Now the left arm of sofa I bought snapped of course due to poor quality, they deny even a paid service now. They lack proper man power, technicians and most importantly the management. Stay away from gozefo guys!


They are here not to stay for a longer period.

Hi Everyone. Never ever trust ZEFO. THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING PRODUCT FROM ZEFO. WORST Experience and WORST Service provide by ZEFO. Its been 6 months I am facings issue with the product purchased from ZEFO from day one. Still the issue is not been resolved.


Here I am share the complete details and the conversation between Me and ZEFO Executives. As well the proof.

Complaint regarding the worst service provided from Zefo and Defective product given by Zefo Company. Its kind of Mental harassment cause from Zefo.


I had purchased Unboxed Whirlpool 3 Door Refrigerator(White Color) worth of Rupees 17159/- from Zefo on 18-07-2017, in the name of Arun - Order Number: 94617.


From the day one we are facing issue with this Refrigerator after purchase. Its sort of internal issue in Refrigerator which we are facing till date, even the indicator is kept in'0' mode, still freeze is too high an the vegetables and flowers are getting spoiled and rotted due to the water which is accumulated from the refrigerator.


After a month of purchase I raised a request in Zefo, due to this issue. After a day I received a call from one of Zefo executive. As per the executive confirmation, he initiated a scheduled Mr.Arvind - 9739855007 technician to visit and resolve the issue on particular date, executive shared that technician contact details to guide the venue details. When I called to Mr.Arvind, he was soo rude and not ready to listen the customer issue completely, instead started suggesting over the phone call. Then he started giving reason to visit location. Again I followed-up with Zefo executive about the executive behavior towards customers and the delay he was making to visit, later the Mr.Arvind visited the location on that particular schedule. On first service he said everything is fine with the refrigerator and suggested my mother not to use the plastic to store the eatables, and increased the freezing mode to'2', in my absence. Even I have posted this issue on Zefo page in Facebook.


After that service also it was the same issue faced by us. Again I raised a request with Zefo customer care, Mr.Arvind was the technician for 2nd time as well. He visit the location and left by saying he was not able to find any issue in the refrigerator and closed the request.


After some days again I raised a request for the 3rd time with Zefo for the same issue we are facing from the purchased date. This time a technician name Mr. Raju - 8792129094, he visited the location. As he was not able to identify the exact issue which we are facing, he just closed the request by giving some silly reason ie; the space between the wall and Refrigerator and the wall is less and there is no other problem with the refrigerator.


Recently before a week I raised a request with Zefo for the Replacement as the issue is not been sorted still, this was the 4th attempt made by me. This time again Mr.Raju was the technician and he called me stating that he is visiting my home and he wanted to replace the thermal. But as I was facing this Refrigerator issues from beginning days itself, as I raised request for Replacement, we didn't allow the technician to replace the thermal.


But my question for the Zefo or for the Technician is, whether he was not aware that he wanted replace the thermal when he visited before!? or Whether Zefo is maintaining unskilled technician staffs!?


Refrigerator will be purchased to keep the Eatable fresh, but the product which as been provided by Zefo causing a problems as I stated above already. Vegetables and Flowers are getting rotted and spoiled because of the water which is getting accumulated. And request to resolve the issues which we are facing on daily basis as my mother need to remove the spoiled vegetables and cleanup the refrigerator on regular basis the refrigerator. But both the unskilled Zefo technician's were giving all sort of silly reasons and closing the request.


Its almost completing 6 months from the date of purchase. Each time whenever I raise request I need to follow up with this Zefo several time in my busy schedule. Till date most probably I have followed with Zefo members including technicians more than 25-30 times. Its is like a mental harassment caused for me from Zefo these days. Zefo mAnasultangement is least bothered about the customer and they are only money oriented. Worst experience with Zefo. They sell defective product in the name of Unboxed pieces with external dent.


I request for the Replacement of the product or the Refund ASAP and kindly take some serious action on Zefo, as they are causing inconvenience for customers and for the mental harassment.

Kindly provide the justification for the requested details. Later you can say whether it can be replaced or refund or buyback option.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you may have experienced in respect to the cooling effect of the product: Whirlpool 240L 5 Star Frost Free Triple Door Refrigerator pertaining to the order 94617.


Request you to note that we have had our technicians visit multiple times and found no issue with the product. The reason'the cooling is not effective' is because there's not enough clearance between the wall and the refrigerator. Once that is rectified, the product will be able to operate smoothly. If it still gives issues, we will be more than happy to provide a replacement by taking the product under BUYBACK policy. Or we can pick the product to our Warehouse and do re-Quality Check and deliver it back.

Yes, I accept that your 2 technician's from Zefo visited 4 times as the request was raised for 4 times till date. And complete details I have mention in the above mail.


But my clear question for you people is, Whether the technician didn't notice the thermal issue when he visited initially for the request, which was raised for the same issue?. Then how come he said that there is issue in thermal and he wanted to change thermal inside the refrigerator, when I raised request for the 4th time?. This shows that you people have haired unskilled technicians and people who are lack of knowledge. The technicians cannot identify the issue and just visit the spot and gives some bullshit suggestions before checking the internal issues properly.


Coming to the reason which you have provided for the issue from your end as well technician.(The reason'the cooling is not effective' is because there's not enough clearance between the wall and the refrigerator. Once that is rectified, the product will be able to operate smoothly).


Miss/Mrs. Megha, kindly go through the attachment from the initial mail which I have sent few photos of refrigerator placed. We are not uneducated nor this is the first time we are using refrigerator. Even we know to provide sufficient space between the refrigerator and the wall. I think we need to build 10*10 specific room to keep the special refrigerator which provide by Zefo!?


You people are providing worst services. More over wasting customer time and playing with our patience, it's kind of a mental harassment causing by you people from Zefo.

I was trying to sell three brand as new furniture pieces through Gozefo website. Their process is very incompetent. without getting details or even without inspection, they quoted one fourth of the price. they really need to fix it and not take advantage of somebody trying to sell through them

Hi., zefo is the worst site to buy or sell any items. There staff have no clue as to what they are dealing with. I wanted to sell a rosewood made bar cabinet which I bought 2 year before from urban ladder by paying 22000?. For which I have the bill too. I get a call from zefo saying that we can offer you 2500?. For the bar unit. When I questioned him as do you know about the product you are doing valuation for? He says this is what our company has asked me to offer you. When I asked him do you know what kind of wood used to make this he says I have no idea sir. Then I got irritated with him and told him to do some research and homework before calling your customers. And the strange part is that the same kind of bar unit they are selling on their web site is for 16900?, which has lot of scratches as I could see on their page. So basically it's waste of time, money, and energy. I don't even feel like giving single star coz I m so f.g pissed off.

Very very very very very horrible service from Zefo.


Firstly they offer the product for almost thrice the actually price the product is actually worth of under the name of buyback


guarantee.


Secondly when you request for the buyback, none of the executives will be really interested to buyback ending up


followup for 100 times.


Thirdly, the contact phone number they provide is never reachable.


Extremely horrible service from Zefo.


Guys please beware before purchasing.


I am giving 1 star because I cannot give any lesser than this unfortunately.

BEWARE of Zefo!


I have used Zefo about 6 times and each time I have had a nightmare experience. The only reason I went back 6 times was because I found cheap products. But I will never buy or sell on Zefo again.

  1. Phone lines are always busy throughout the day. If at all you get a chance to speak to a customer service representative, it will be after 10 hours of trying.

  2. They will ALWAYS say that they will arrange a call back but till today I have never got a call back. For me to call back it will take another 10 hours so I just give up. They are the most unprofessional, disorganized company I have seen. The only sentence they know is "I am really sorry for your experience, I will check and arrange a call back". You will NEVER get a call back.

  3. When you buy a product, they will call you the next day to fix up the time for delivery the next day or day after. On the delivery day, somebody else will call you in the morning and say that they are very close to your house and they will deliver now. Am I expected to leave office and go back just for this? They have confirmed a time the previous day, but next day you will get a call with a completely different time. When you tell them that you are in office and that they need to come at the original fixed up time, they will just update the system saying that the customer is not available. Forget about calling up Zefo, it will take another 10 hours and you will only hear "I will arrange a call back". It is a nightmare getting delivery.

  4. Each customer service representative will tell you a different thing and at the end you will hear "I will arrange a call back".

  5. They are unethical and unprofessional. I have sold second hand products on Zefo twice and both times I have had a horrible experience. The first time they told me that they will offer me a certain amount for the product, but when the guy came to pick up, he offered only half price. When I told him that Zefo offered double the price, he just told me that I have to call Zefo(this will take another 10 hours). In the meantime, I lost another customer, and I lost money.

  6. The second time I sold, my experience was much worse. The Zefo customer service person told me to send additional pictures. I sent about 35 additional pictures because I had 12 products(I was renovating my house and wanted to sell the existing wardrobes and cupboards and drawers). On the phone, he told me that they will buy 3 out of 12 products. I said ok and we fixed up the price. Zefo told me that someone would come to inspect the products. The person came to my house on Thursday and confirmed that he be giving approval for only 1 out of 3 products. I said fine. He said the pickup would be arranged latest by Saturday and the payment would be made immediately. Till Tuesday, nobody had come and nobody had called. When I called on Tuesday(again 10 hours), they told me that nobody has given approval for 1 product and asked me to send pictures again. Again, I lost another customer because Zefo had confirmed pickup. I got angry and the customer service representative again as usual told me "I will arrange a call back". Again, no call back, as usual. I lost money because I had said no to another customer. Zefo is extremely unethical and they owe me money for losing another customer. They have no integrity and they do not care about the customer.

DO NOT DEAL WITH ZEFO, unless you wish to be harassed. The only words I can think of to describe Zefo are Unethical, Unprofessional, Zero Customer Service, Never Keep Promises, Never Call Back, Harass Customers, Disorganized, Do Not Care About The Customer, Cheaters. Be CAREFUL.

Zero service, late delivery. Bad customer care

I ordered 3 items, a fridge, study table and two side tables. They say that they deliver within 3 days but they messaged saying due to rain they will not be able to. Next day they messaged saying their team tried calling but could not reach me. This they did a few times, they never called as my phone was working fine throughout. Then I kept calling them to get my stuff delivered. Finally one guy said he's coming. They only deliver from 10:30 am to 7pm. And came after 10:30. by then I'd left for work. I left my keys behind for someone to collect my stuff. He got only side tables. Now it's Diwali and I still don't have my study table and fridge. Some friends are coming over in the evening for a Diwali get together. When I call the customer care they say someone will get in touch with me in half an hour then nothing happens.

These guys don't care about customers time or preference. Customer service executive will disconnect your call as and when they want.


No matter whom you contact at gozefo, no one will response. I tried to contact cofounders also to bring in to their notice that what crap these customer executives are doing. But seems like they also don't care.


I struggled alot with one of my order for queen size bed, I raised return request but they never came to pickup my order.they keep postponing the pickup.


Very rude and not at all helpful.

They sell crap, Managers are cheaters once you place order after that manager will take extra money from other buyer and sell your product to them and they will cancel your order, pathetic service .Never recommend Zefo. Product are good to see but dont have reliability. No coordination between departments. Customer care do not have any knowledge, Managers share your numbers to other customers you start getting calls from other customers to cancel your order .


PATHETIC SERVICE NON SENSE COMPANY .

Absolutely rotten service, their Guys came to check sofa, they expect your furniture to be in brand new condition and will pay you at the price of scrap.Big scam please be aware.I am surprised that a reputed company like pepperfry have associated with these scamsters.I have changed my mind on purchasing furniture from pepperfry.

Awesome dining table purchased at a very low price

Hi, I am sandeep singh residing in faridabad, recently I purchased a dining table from zefo.com with order #112208. I am really happy with the product. It is a teakwood six seater dining table with glass top and it was in a really good condition. The chairs had some scratches, for which I complained zefo and they sent their carpenter on the very next day and he fixed all the issues regarding polishing and really did a very fine job. I am very happy with my purchase and really look forward for some more shopping from zefo. I would suggest that everybody should visit this site once and compare their products and prices.


A five star from me.

Gozefo are good at sales but pathetic at services. It is totally dependent on your luck as they sell second hand furniture goods at prices slightly higher than the market prices. I ordered a second hand chair for 4K. The delivery was smooth, but after sometime it broke within the warranty period. Initially my calls were answered but when they couldn't get it repaired they started avoiding my calls. They started moving on it almost after 10 days though the time given was within 24 hours. Their team did not do a good job for me so I would not compel anyone to buy from them.

My order ID 89110 placed on 30-06-2017 for 3 items under the same order ID not even 3 months has passed and your products I bought from you are falling apart. The Pridence Solid 4-Seater Dining Set by Zen Life one of the chairs cracked and the Seward 5-Seater Sofa Set the single seater collapsed. I have raised multiple complaints through your CS team but till day no one has contacted me. At least have some self respect to contact your customers.

Pathetic Service!! Worst Experience of Selling!!

This is a cheater site. Zefo is a waste of time. Please do not buy or sell on this site. I am rating them at 1 as there is nothing less than 1.


I had posted ad to sell my washning machine on genius online sites OLX and Quickr, I got a call from ZEFO executive asking me weather I am intrested in selling my product to them. Post our discussion he said me that Zefo is willing to offer 6500 rs. and their team will come to collect the product within 48hrs. There was no communication for 48 hrs. I had to constantly chase them to check if they will come to pick up the product. After a lot of hastle finally 4 days later their representative Murali(he had zero knowledge about washing machine and was looking more of a tea Vendor or Istriwala) came to inspect the product and take delivery. He tested/ inspected entire machine and it was working fine. He then started to find faults if any and found a small rust spot on machine. Size of this rust spot can be compared to a memory card of mobile. Immediately he called his manager and said we can offer 4000 rs. only as there is major damage to your machine. I was shocked. I tried to speak to his manager Gajendra who was a fool having no sense. It was a waste of time talking to him.


I asked Murali to leave and called Customer care of Zefo. Customer care has no power or authority so no point talking to them. They only have one answer we have checked your machine and it is damaged so we cant do anything.


I lost all the other good offer(6000, 6200) in the 4 days that I waited for Zefo to come and collect my Machine. What is the point quoting price initially if the guy visiting to inspect is purposefully trying to find faults and reduce price.


Zefo is a waste of time. Please do not buy or sell on this site.

Chest of drawer

I bought a chest of drawer from zefo 5months before and hardly used, they have sold  me defect piece(as they mention they check the product before selling it though it's used one)which I am not able to open and close properly. I was trying to resale the product and now they are saying problem with product and cannot buy.


I will never ever buy anything from zefo.


Please don't buy any storage product from zefo as the product is really very bad. I don't know about other product and so no comment
