ZEFO always popularly known as ZERO EFFORT is a website which sell and buys used products ranging from how furniture, kitchen, products, mobile phones and many more. The company is head quartered in Bangalore and has an amazing customer service. The best part of the company is that the products get delivered and installed at home at no cost. They are very particular about their deliver time and the quality depends on the price one is ready to pay for . The website is very user friendly and very much reliable.

I purchased  iron bed from Zefo that product is so pathetic. This product delivered & installed by your executive Mr. Rahul Singh. yesterday we purchased mattress for this bed & fixed it when we used this bed all nuts got loose & bed has flat. I do not want this kind of product. very embarrassing moment in front of guest.I need my amount totally refund with penalty which I suffered by you.

Was looking to replace my sofaset which was less than a year old and had shortlisted one from Zefo website. One of their representative came over to inspect the sofa and later sent a message that it has been rejected. Infact my sofaset was much better as compared to some of their sofa sets on their website. Since my sofaset was rejected I decided not to try Zefo any more.

Very bad and defective products zefo team is providing. Once you buy anything from zefo, you will definitely get a defect item. But you can not return the product and you will not get any service on this.

The customer service is very bad, you can not reach them for any kid of service.

Never ever buy anything from Zefo.

Bunch of crooks! Cannot deliver but can only fool customers by showing rental partner as rentomojo. Do not understand that a customer will not suffer because neither them nor rentomojo takes ownership of the products.

I ordered 4 items, built my cart over a period of 2 months, waited for the perfect matches for my house, waited for the prices to come down and finally placed an order. Paid advance. It has been a pain being the ping pong ball between zefo's pathetic customer service and rentomojo, both of whom ask me to call the other partner.

I have escalated, called everyday, written emails, pinged the CEO on linkedin but of no use. Neither have the products been delivered nor do I know the status of my money.

They should shut down if they cant pull it off. It is sad to see IITians running a shithole.

They have the worst service and most unprofessional customer care executives. I tried to sell a washing machine. They could not pick it up on a time that was convenient for me so I had take leave and stay home. They didn't come for the pickup and did not even have the courtesy to inform me about it. The pickup was rescheduled three times and they never came. I had to call them myself each time to find out that they will not be able to make it.

When I confronted the customer care executive about this, he spoke with a lot of arrogance and cancelled the request.

This whole experience has left me thoroughly frustrated as I have a spare washing machine lying at home now.

Never trust these guys and their useless unprofessional service

Pathetic company these guys have.promised to pick it up and then rejected for minor faults. I sent away 2 buyers because I promised you that the fridge would be available to be picked up on a specific day. Nobody will buy or sell stuff with you guys. The only thing selling would be Zefo itself. Extremely rubbish company. Stay away guys!

I had a washer machine and fridge deliveried yesterday and when we ran the first load in the washer it squealed like and airplane. The fridge ran all night and still is not getting cold.

So we call and they will send out a technision in a couple of days. But what kind of business ships product that don’t work?

On use product the display the price of a brand new product of showroom and give a discount, who the heck will display the price of new product and give a discount. Are they thinking people are foolish?

you ask their customer service, they will have a different level of answer, all of them are CEO's of zefo.

they are trying to sell defective units in higher price, which will go bad in few days and they wont reply u once the payment is done.

BE AWARE OF FRAUD

The company says that they will give a good deal for used furnitures in case you want to sell it to them. But they want dirt cheap rate and want items as good as new. So that shows the unprofessional attitude. NOT RECOMMENDED. I wanted to sell a sofa, the representative who came from zefo dumped it back citing frivolous reasons. If they want people should sell them new furnitures at dirt cheap rates then it is a bad business model.It is common sense if someone wants to sell something it will never be like a new product. But no Zefo wants you sell them a 3+2 seater sofa at 3k or 4k and then zefo will make money out of it. UNETHICAL

Do not used new parts inside of product to silly to customer, you belive to me, zefo sell a L-shape sofa to  celebraity DEEPAK TIJORI, It select unbox sofa, but deliver second hand sofa, so please request to customer, do not take any product from zefo

For delivery they will promptly call you and arrange so that you don't change your mind or cancel the order. They delivered a single bed to me but the bed wasn't fixed properly which I discovered after their team had left. I contacted them to get someone to fix the issues. Their customer told me that someone will get in touch but alas, they just gave my number to a random carpenter who calls me on Sunday evening saying I need to visit your place. WTF? How can you share my number without consent? How can you not inform me who is coming and when? How can you arrange something like this on a Sunday without even informing me? And now that I am following up, writing emails, they are just ignoring it or they say we will contact you. Now the bed is making noises coz it isn't fixed properly.

It’s the worst service provider ever with a team which does nothing but harass the customers. They can’t be bothered to deliver the products on time let alone respond. It’s equivalent to fraudulent service as once the product is gone from your hands you can’t teach them.

If you value your sanity and don’t want to be cheated never do any transaction with zefo. They are the exact opposite of their tag line for fixing the product yourself is much lesser effort than getting it fixed by zefo. They are cheats and scoundrels masquerading as service providers.

Ordered sofa a week ago. Delivery got rescheduled 3 tims automatically. Everytime they promissed to deliver on the next day. Today when I called the zefo guy started cutting my calls. When he finally picked up, he again postponed the delivery for tomorrow.

Lost patience, I canclled the order.

Thank god I ordered it ordered through Cash on delivery.

Never expected such an experience from Zefo.

It is really unpleasant experience with Zefo. I sold my Samsung Refrigerator to Zefo and ask Them to transfer money to my bank account. In-spite of raising complain and writing so many mails, these people are not responding. And if you call to their customer care team, they simply Said, "i'll call u back in 30 minutes".But nobody calls.

This company is unprofessional and unethical.Never Sell any products to them.

I purchased coffee table from zefo couple of months back but money has not been refunded back but it was promised that refund will not take more than a week. I have tried reaching customer care N number of time but no response at all. Somehow managed to speak to city head, instead of solving my problem his concern was to know how did I get his number. Refund service is very very bad in zefo, if you are the one who has bought product and waiting for refund then forget about it because you won't get it till you poke them. I suggest zefo to have working customer care number where customers like can make use of your services, not sure how many are facing the similar issues. When you guys are active while taking the money but no care approach while returning it back. I could have never written this big if I have received the refund at least today but failed even today. At least see this post and try for refund

This company is a BIG CHEAT, FRAUDSTERS.

I have bought more than 15-20 products from these guys, and they still don’t stop cheating.

For first couple of times, I thought, it was genuine reason that they were not giving the delivery, even after the aishwaryasingh23ment was made.by saying that the product was faulty and you can select another product on our website.

Every time I had to do that, I had to aishwaryasingh23 more.as the price of the product that I bought was lesser earlier, than the one now that I had to pick.

It didn’t just happen once, not thrice but multiple times.

As they didn’t know I was using different mobile numbers and my family members names to order the products.

So they didn’t know it was me and kept repetitively doing it.

So this was sure that these guys are doing this ever now and then, and it’s their REGULAR PRACTICE.

Just to let you all know, how these guys CHEAT.

I would write to you about my last order, and the one before, so you all could get a complete idea to how these guys CHEAT us.

I placed an order for 6 Aircons.

I made the full aishwaryasingh23ment, but asked them to keep them on hold for the installation as there was work going on at my place.

This order was placed on my dads name and number.

They called me a few days back, and said that the order was cancele_45d, as they could not get in touch with me, and I can log back on to their website and select another product.

First of all they have no right to sell the product, to any one else once the aishwaryasingh23ment has been received by them.

Second how could they get in touch with me once the order was cancele_45d and not before that.

Cheap really cheap Ha.

I had also placed an order for an IFB washing machine, with my number a wile ago, and received a message from them to say, that it would be delivered by afternoon.they sent me the concern person name who would deliver it, and the guy, called to say he was close to my house and would be there in an hour or so.but the delivery was not made.

On calling customer service they said that the product was faulty so they could not delivery it.

How is that even possible, were they testing the machine in the delivery van.the biggest lie on planet earth.

Now that I got to know that these guys are a big CHEATS.

I still made a order on my dads name as I wanted to collect evidence against them.

And to my luck these guys did it once again.

As they cannot stop CHEATING people.

The catch is these guys put 6-7 advertising for one single product, with different price range as you all must have noticed, and minute changes written in the description to make us believe that it’s not the same product.

So if you place an order.and before delivery, if some one else also orders the same product with more aishwaryasingh23ment been made.these guys would tell you that the product is faulty, and please select another product on their website.

I am going to file a case against this company, as I have all the evidences.

Also request all the people who read this message, and have suffered the same way or in any other way to get in touch with me on the below given numbers or email me the issues.so more evidences could be collected and given in the court of law.

Bought 2 tables and one fridge from them all gently used. Both tables have developed crooked legs after a months use.

The fridge was delivered in a worse than pathetic state. It had fungus all over inside it. I didn't want to touch it. They came back later to "clean" an already state-of-the-art clean fridge that they had promised.

I din't have enough money to buy a new fridge for a big family so I went ahead and accepted their shoddy work. Surprisingly, when I now have the money to buy a new one and asking them to take it back for the promised money under an year's use, they say that looks damaged!? It is easy cleaner now, shiny and sparkly, than it was when I got it from them. And they are now refusing to honor the promise of buying it back. Just making list excuses.

It Is all about scam. They will never buy it back! And they give horrible looking fridges, like it was never cleaned. My advise to never buy fridge and better still nothing. Coz nothing I bought was any good for whatever I spent on it.
