I am writing this review after being a customer of zefo for more than 3 years.
Initial days they provided good service as a startup
Product delivery in the next day.
More than 2 helpers excluding delivery technician.
Product prices were reasonable.
Slowly everything started degaring.
Next delivery becomes chargeable.
Only 2 people for product installation excluding delivery technician.(Customer place tiles scratches, Wall Paint peel off etc problems emerged due to this.)
Product price quote becomes high(Below 10% percent difference for unboxed product when compared with similar new products).
Later service becomes very worst.
Irresponsible reply given by the zefo spam company for the below scenario
Bought one product on Oct 2018
Claimed warranty within 6 months for the product due to a defect.
Supervisor confirmed the defect cannot be fixed, Money return is not possible so a replacement product can be taken whenever I find one(No timeline concern is informed, No written acknowledgement customer copy was given. This is a process flaw at their end).
Found one product for replacement on Oct 2019. Went and ordered that product as replacement. They didn't update the warranty claim acknowledgement properly and they were coming and asking the customer who handled the warranty claim process, do you have any voice record proof regarding the replacement promise.
They don't have any defined process to track these records finally coming and saying there is no voice record proof so we cannot process it.
Totally got frustrated with their response and wasted good amount of money due to the trust with zefo.
Please think minimum 10 times before buying any product.
