Looted 90k with fake aggreement. First they act professional and trigger your hopes after that the will ask for 90k or 1 lakh for agreement then they dont pick call and shut down email services.

Last year i went with many hopes literally disappointed. In starting days only they asked for reviews I gave five ratings by trusting them.

They were so polished and informative before I was on-boarded. However since the day I have given them money there has been no response.

I have contact details and have also got the address for their india head and i'm planning to file an FIR very shortly against all india employees of this company. This racket has to be busted.

They have closed their website also and other consultants like y-Axis and others are still operating. Looks like they have shut their business.

This company is a fraud company and they have made all the clients fools and looted all the money. I have paid a hefty amount to them nearly 90, 000/- and all of sudden received an email that they are going to close the company leaving the process half-way. I am going to take legal action against the Company MD, salespersons.

I have visited Delhi Office which doesn't exist at all. With so much of efforts, I have contacted few case managers and I came to know that the management has terminated them as well without any notice, and they are on roads just like us. With the conversation with V&P ex-employee, I came to know that this fraud lady Stacy is communicating with clients through case managers emails.

It appears to be a larger conspiracy to dupe people of their hard earned money under the umbrella of Visas and PR’s.

I've initiated the process in Feb'20 and since then have been continuously bugged to pay 2 installments despite not much consultation provided by V&P. I'd like to reiterate that as per agreement the company is bound to pay a full refund. I'd be interested to be part of the infected whatsapp group who invested lot of money in their futures. I totally understand the current pandemic situation but V and P should've handled the whole situation in a transparent manner being in continuous touch with their customers. All of the reputation gained since 8years is now doomed and NO proper replies since 2 months was a silent threat of this forthcoming. However, I'd not ponder over past but will be interested to be part of fight to get my(rather our) hard-earned money back. Hello,

Please do not do any business with this company or their associates in Canada, Australia, and Saudi Arabia. The company vanished from the market after taking so many customer's money without even starting the initial service. I am sure there will be lots of customers who have faced these issues and lost their valuable investment.

I am not sure what will be the result of it but it is worth fighting it back so no other Indian lose the hope to see the dream. I just got to know that Visa and Permit Bangalore office is shutdown how is this possible with out any communication. I have invested my hard earned money into this thinking about my future and now the company is shut down(as per google) and nobody is answering my calls. This is totally unethical and I am really disappointed. If no service can be provided then why don't you refund the money? atleast refund after deducting the nominal or initial expenses. This is totally unfair business practice and I don't know what to do next for getting back my money. I am really disappointed.

They took almost 1 Lakh Indian rupees from me in March for my AU visa process and then contacted once or twice. I kept on emailing them, calls, messages no response and in Google review I saw they have closed Bangalore office. In the google review they say, drop us a mail we will contact you, but never contacted me. So, I am sure it is not the COVID 19. My case managers Zareen and Sagar disappeared just like that. The girl Sampurna Gupta who took money from me also disabled her number. Really not sure what is happening.

I have processed my visa with them earlier also in 2015 by a team including Smitha, Deepu, Blessy all were very supportive

If anyone have any update about them, let me know. If no one have any information, can we together do something to connect with them, or file a case in consumer court or something?
