I booked a flight out of Kuala Lumpur to Singapore using Via.com . The flight was at 3pm. I went to the counter to get the boarding pass and they said that there was no booking and via.com has not paid the airline. Furthermore there were no seat available. I had to rebook and pay extra for a later flight. Terrible experience....

I bought two return tickets thru via.com Hyd-Chandigarh-Hyderabad for Rs 20, 998= Ticket OBC8YQ issued. I fell severely I’ll due to chicken


Guinea & icu hospitalized 7 days. Cd not walk, requested ticket cancellation, refunds. 40 days prior to fly. Cancellation order issued, plus a written mail saying refunds will be made after 7-10 days due to use of debit card, in nov 2019. Till date NO REFUNDS. Both take shelter of purgery, hearsay( arre bhai we will pay you! Total frauds, cheats. Million customers never refunded ticket money, even after CC Court cases! Mins of civ Aviation is unable to revoke their license to fly. Wadia conglomerates of over Rs 80, 000= cr s turnover in Raymond woolens, Britannia biscuits, goAir, via.com function with org cheating

So, I booked tickets for airbus.


?y money was gone, the reservation was confirmed, but the tickets did not arrive by e-mail.


I contacted support, they told me that an error had occurred on the partner's website, I would have to cancel the purchase, and the funds would be returned within 14 days.


For me, this was unacceptable, since my visa was running out and I was not ready for additional expenses.


In 3 hours they solved this issue and made me a new reservation, thanks for that.


I wish you to find your programmers and integration testers who will not allow such situations to happen again.

Hi I am Nalini Datta. Via.com cheats people. I rescheduled my ticket of august 2022 through them and the dates given were of 2023. Their staff sent a payment link for paying penality and fare difference. Those tickets were even cheaper. I paid on that link. But they did not send the ticket. Rather after few days they again started demanding around 12k more. I sent so many mails. But nobody even bothers. The staff involved was Harxxxxxx, Hexxxxx and Yxxxx. I kept on asking the contacts of their senior most people. They do not even reply about this. So people be careful. Never trust Via.com Their employees con you into paying and then do not give tickets.

  1. I have booked VRL tickets in april 2022 wroth rs. 3375 amount got debited from my account and it reached to there account as well, but these frauds said that payment got unsuccessful.




  2. I have raised a dispute for my bank regarding for refund but my bank have been rejected twice stating the amount have been received by the vendors account.




  3. I have called mant times for these fraud bitches everyone have a same script and they will add the calls to accounts, accounts will add call to buses, they will add to customer support, everyone will say it would come under us speak with the consered department and add calls, if we wrote an email these guys wont even bother to reply for an email i have wrote a multiple emails but no responses.






from past 3months im waiting for my refund but still havent received it, and customer support guys are so unprofessional they wont even understand our problem whenever will start talking they will simply listen wont give any solution.


so its my request not to go for via.com for any of the things an report these fraud bitches.


Very Disappointing Experience...

  1. Via.com had booked us in Radisson Blu at Haridwar for 3rd June 2022. That property no longer belongs to Radisson Blu- when we enquired, the management had changed and consequently the name changed to Yashail Hotel. But Via.com had misled us to believe that this was Radisson Blu- a reputed brand. When we looked up Yashail Hotel Reviews, they were really bad- March to May 2022, guests had given very poor reviews/ratings on trip advisor.com for this hotel.




The reason I even engaged Via.com for this trip is so I can get the best hotels for my family- but what happened was that they did not do any research to find out how the hotel was before blocking it for us. And I had to pay a hefty price to block the rooms which went completely down the drain.


I was compelled to look for other options and booked our family on Ganga Laheri - we had to pay the cost but the stay was simply wonderful. The property was right on the Ganges.


Even if Radisson Blu was genuinely blocked for us, even then, it was not the best choice. B'cos it was 15 kms away from Har Ki Pauri and the Ganges. It would not have been possible for us to spend so much time on the shores of Ganges as we did, staying in Ganga Laheri.




  1. Haridwar and Rishikesh was extremely hot during our visit. The temperature was at least 10 degrees more than Chennai. As a travel agent, Via.com should have brought it to our notice- I was travelling with 2 senior citizens and 4 Americans. We found it very difficult to do sight seeing all 3 days. If Via.com gave us a heads up, we may have chosen other vacation spots for travel.




  2. Every time we set out in the tempo traveler, we were caught in very bad traffic jams in Haridwar, Rishikesh and Mussoorie. There were so many tourists that the roads could not handle. For example,






a. Delhi Haridwar distance is about 200 kms, but we took 9 hours to reach Haridwar. We did stop for lunch -even then, it was late since the traffic was extremely high.


b. Haridwar to Rishikesh- the distance was 25 kms. We left at 11.30 am and reached the Rishikesh hotel at 3 pm.


Again, As a travel agent, Via.com could have given us a heads up that the 3 towns will be very very crowded- we would have changed our plans.


As a travel agent, Via.com should think of alternatives, suggest them to us and collect information and share it with us as if they were travelling with their family. Isn't that why we are paying them the extra money?


All in all, a very disappointing trip and unfortunately a very expensive one too. We would have had a much better time at a much lesser cost if I had made the research myself and booked the tickets myself.


VIA.COM ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES

Booked a flight around July or August 2021 for Goa. Was supposed to fly on the 1st of Dec 2021 but changed my mind and booked another flight. I cancelled the Via.com flight almost 10-12 days before the flight and was told that I'd recieve a refund.


I waited and waited and the refund message came in April 2022. I was like ok. Better late than never. Then when I contacted them about it they said that I am not going to receive the refund as I had availed a discount on that flight. I told them there was no damn mention about this when I received the previous email confirming the cancellation. They just said we can't do anything about it. Since the discount was availed the money has been taken back by the airline. I was so confused and I told them to call me back but they never did.


Also if there never was going to be a refund then why send me an email confirmation? Also which airline revokes that refund money.


And it's not that it's a big amount of money. But I do understand now that they must be defrauding a lot of people with these small amounts of money. They're damn liars. And Thieves.

Via.com have the worst customer service plus never book through them as in covid they literally scammed people and are not returning the refund amount till an year. Would recommend never go for that site . They don’t deserve a one star rating also . This site is not allowing us to put no more than three stars .

I booked a ticket and my booking got aborted from their site but it's been 15 days they have not returned my money which is supposed to be returned within 24 hours. I hope that if their website abort the booking it's not my fault then why to keep my money and not refund me. Is this the way to make customers. Such a worst service. I need my refund ASAP. Not suggesting anyone to put your own money at risk as they have not refunded my amount till now.

I had booked 4 tickets through via.com. Flight resheduled so I would cancelled the ticket. But airline credit the refund amount to via account but via .com not refund above one and a half month. Customer Care service not working. So, I sm very much suffer in his service. I will take strict action against them

As one of the oldest customers of via.com It is with pain that I am writing this. Today I had a word with via.com customer care executive today regarding PNR VGTQL with Indigo on their website. Talked to Rudest Executive ever. (Later Via.com sent me mail that their executive is not at fault which is much interesting)


I have written a mail regarding cancellation on 6th Oct 2021 and today is 20th Oct 2021 i.e 15 days in between and no response to that mail regarding the refund issue and further I tried calling on their customer support given on ticket 080-67818181 which is a dead phone and another one which I found online 080-46414141 is always on waiting. When finally someone lifts the phone, the agent speaks as if it was my mistake for their delay in processing the refund.


Clearly via.com have serious service lapses accepting their shortcomings further Rude behaviour attracts ruder behaviour from the customer side too and gives overall unpleasant experience. No one is beyond failure and with this kind of pathetic service Via.com will finally collapse in future if behaviour and accountability are not put on track

I had booked a bus ticket through Via.com unfortunately. I had some queries so tried calling customer care on 08046414141 which never connected even after being on hold for 45 minutes . They have an ivr message which offers a call back placed the request twice but no one called even after 2 days. I wanted to cancel the ticket so again no other option to cancel online as I had booked it through site n not their app. Same story again om hold for 27 mins then got through flight department they transfered the call after 15 mins the executive asked for the query n disconnected but Again NO CALL BACK even after call being disconnected. Tried again to customer care git through a supervisor when asked for his name placed on hold n without informing transfered the call to bus department. Spoke to another Rude person Dinesh who is not bothered to listen to any trouble caused just wanted to finish the cal n asked for reference number. Finally they could cancel it only through call n no confirmation received yet saying my ticket is canceled


HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PATHETIC SITE PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR TICKETS THROUGH THIS SITE ANS GO FOR SOME OTHER WEKL KNOWN SITE.

Have book ticket for my MOM for 2nd sep 21 , ticket received and all things are well, on 1et sep when I wish to wen check in, Go air system not taking it and understand that the PNR no which Via. Com booked shown as 2nd sep for 4500 /- is actually of 29th sep 21 of value 2700/-. I forced to book another ticket and so lost in total 9500/-. Their is no reply from via.Com Nither Go air taking any action against such fraud company. So do not book with such agencies.

I booked tickets online on via.com on January 01 2018, ticket conformation and also received ticket with pnr number. Trichirappally to Singapore. I am from Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu and had to travel about 400 km to Trichy. I reached there about 1 hour 30 minutes early, they looked at my ticket and simple said as your ticket has been canceled. He sent me to force me to leave. I had to go in a hurry. I immediately contacted him by email and informed the situation. They contacted me the next day and admitted that it was our fault and said we would return your money. I also bought another ticket and went to Singapore.That means till now 21-Aug-2021 has been saying for the last 3 years 8 months. That even when I sent the email last week he said that your money will come in 3 days has not come yet. I would have sent up to 50 emails before this and I earned even though my money was 10, 000 / -.As has been asked. I'm not leaving, my stress is too much, I can keep it and feed 100 poor people, how can they take my money.Let me know what you're going to do with this robbery, this is how your company is growingway.

This website doesn’t deserve a star either. None of the numbers provided in the website seem to be working and no response to emails. I’m trying to reschedule the flight since 2 weeks, Reschedule option in the website is redirecting me to a blank page and raising a complaint is asking for a capcha and even that’s not working.Seriously pathetic website

I have booked a flight ticket but didn't get the PNR number. After a while I received a call from via.com customer care that I have have to pay Rs 700 more to confirm this booking since the prices has increased.


My question is why should I pay more once the asked booking amount is already paid?


I must say it was a horrible experience I have gone through. The service is really really pathetic since I tried to connect several times to get my refund to book another ticket.


I tried everything to connect to this FRAUD company but all in vain!


Common people are getting cheated and LOOTED openly everywhere but there is no action has been taken against these Thieves by our so called CHOUKIDAAR.!


Never Use this site to book your tickets.
