I am trying to get useful contacts for excel learning. 99% contacts are fake and they are just visiting for timepass. We have ro spend coins to contact with them but they post free of cost. This leading fake visitors searching for excel . I purchased gold plan but there was 0 coins against it. I got shocked while customer care also confirmed the same. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PLAN OF THEM!!

I am in teaching field n v disappointed with urbanpro because The site has been shown me a lot of contacts in profile .I upgraded a plan when I contacted with parents they confirmed that they do not want tuitions .Few parents didn't attend the calls .some are hired other teachers Many of enquiries are fake .It is just a waste of money n time.company not refund your money

This app is pathetic, I have contacted 8-10 leads so far. None of them was a potential lead. Every time someone says oh it was for someone else, there is no response on the app but people are liked fulfilled already. The app people don't refund the coins, the queries are either unresponsive, least interested, or useless. It was a waste of time to invest money in this app. NOTHING MORE THAN A SCAM. I got 3 classes in 15 days offline, wish I had not invested in this app they don't refund

Parents and students do not have a direct option to reschedule classes; this must be arranged through the teacher. Class durations are fixed at one or two hours, with no option for 1.5 hours. If a teacher arrives late, disappears during the session, or ends early, there are limited grounds for complaint. The quality and content of the teaching are not monitored unless parents review the recorded sessions. Additionally, promised demo sessions may be cancelled by teachers without notifying parents, and Urban Pro may claim that the student missed the demo. There are other concerns as well.
