I was receiving marketing call from sulekha.com from November 2019, so in starting ofnew year and month of January 2020 I attended the marketing call from Sulekha.com call center in which executive told please take sulekha.com package for my business in which this package very good offer with emi option on credit card, so i agree word of that call center executive and ask for what i need to do for that, the call centre executive arrange me one executive who will come at my home and explain me all in details at my home, after Ifinished call, I received one call from another executive who contact no is 096651 75078 I told that person I will buy package only on credit card emi option, he replied me that we have many emi option on credit card and to all this thing mr Mukesh pardeshi is going to come at your home to explain me, then after some time I received call on same date 7 January from number 9766158234 who person was mukesh Pardeshi, I guide my house address he came and told that he had good offer in 20000 package as compared with 10000 package different between 2 package is for 10000 package lead is 125 and 20000 package is 250 lead + 70 lead will added by him from back end after 2 days i.e total 320 lead to my account, during this presentation at my home he call kiran sulekha.com executive who sit in sulekha.com office pune and ask him extra lead cupon is available at office, from kiran he reply yes it available cupon, so mukesh told if you buy now you get 70 lead extra from back end. Then I told but what about emi option on credit card he told don't worry this is also done by backend office so I ready to pay by my credit card will paying the amount the gst amount of 3600 is get add in my amount I ask you did told me early that 3600 will get add me in 20000, Mukesh told me I sorry I skip but don't worry 3600 amount is also will be add in your lead amount as bonus till evening, so I talk with kiran executive on mukesh phone during this both call communication was going on, that call I ask the Kiran is this right said by mukesh, kiran replies me on call yes is right but after your payment done one call will received to you from Chennai office that time they will say you had purchased 20000 package for 250 lead that time you just need said yes because all this offer explain by mukesh will get proceed by Pune sulekha.com office only,

Then after confirmation from kiran and mukesh I paid full amount 23600 through my credit card, after card payment done mukesh had share me kiran contact number 7972614007 for future communications and call received from sulekha.com Chennai for confirmation as mukesh and kiran I need to say I agree for 250 lead, so I follow all and agreed on sulekha.com Chennai office and ended the call.

After that day I do follow up for emi on credit card, extra lead and 3600 bonus with kiran and mukesh but till one week both are giving rubbish reason so I message them through whatsapp and messanger about my refund (message and Whatsapp screen shot attached) . Then after I accerate this issue to customer care but they said me that we are working on it, every month I do follow up till now but all are same in sulekha.com because I do last email to ussulekha.com and explain them all they said it impossible to refund because refund can be made within in 30 days ( for reference mail screen shot attached) so I told them that I will go to consumer court and publish in newspaper they replied me that we also had legal team handled the cases.

And sulekha.com is provided me all fraud lead to my sulekha account to deduct balance, so one example of fraud lead of 17 March of customer Devraj from vimannagar I got lead to my account 3.46 pm then Icall to that number on 3.52 pm after customer pickup the phone he told me that he had already given his laptop to service center 4 days before why you received my contact now from sulekha.com,

After the call end I made call to sulekha.com executive jarina 9130018773 and told her about this lead, she replied me that I had made late call to customer, I ask her how much late I call to customer i.e 4 days late or 6 minutes late because 6 minutes before I got a lead of Devraj customer, customer says he already submitted laptop to other services center 4 days before.

so jarina replied me that lead is Genuine I talking lie and ended my call. ( For reference I had attached lead received screen shot and I call customer screen shot attached)

So My word from my heart thatthe sulekha.com is fraud. Don't purchase any package from sulekha.com, it only to collect money from you and issue fraud lead to deduct balance from sulekha account and the payment which I paid is not converted in emi also.

Kabhi galati se bhi sulekha.com par register mat karna. Aur apni company ki promotion PAISE dekar MAT Karna.. total fuddu banate hai..

They provide daily lead 1 to 3 but leads are not up to mark even

Sulekha share one lead 30 to 50 institute same lead, bcoz of this lead got confused, they getting many lead but they not deliver on time after 2hrs or 3hr they share to institute one by one.

I will recommend Surekha is best bcoz of sales, emplyees are very Good people they are sales like a product, wrong product also they will sales after making Good based on there expr.

Sulekha not provide training on there mobile application bcoz of this institute employees getting confused and not able to manage this is main problem.

I've got extremely satisfied service from Sulekha.com as they're providing wide varieties of needs that a person needs by home-needs as well as educational purposes etc., . Still more a plenty of categories too.. As like this many more further services are provided by them in sales & services

After taking money despite warranty , these people don't visit and don't attend calls .

The executive of sulekha .com whose name is ravi dixit .... He first asks me regarding the plan , then I say I don't want to buy now he change his tone and abuse..... And using the false words..... If your department read this review I .... I want that he say sorry to me otherwise..... My humble request to you that he is not able to work with such a reputed firm......

Please please do not take any services from sulekha, i had a horrible experience.mere pese bhi lg gye aur service bhi nai provide kiye gye.Moreover, agr pese fas gye to sulekha kabhi nai reimburse kregi.

If I had an option for giving zero or negative stars, I would have given it.

I booked show tickets through Sulekha and the show was cancelled due to COVID-19. Now it has been 2 months I haven't received my refund back. I have emailed them several times, no proper response. I have called them several times, but no one to talk to.

I had asked for commerce college information but sadly they showed irrelevant information which was absolutely of no use

The most worthless service Sulekha is providing. Moreover, their local teams go for miss-selling. I shall go on telling the general public about Sulekha's poor service. Really good for nothing. Please be aware of this kind of companies.

Dear all, don, t waste your precious money and time with sulekha, these just provide fake leads & deduct money in terms of leads and monthly maintenance,

make big promises at time of registration & after that they cant even pic the calls. we had given 19000 & believe me just got 2 to 5 genuine leads and rest all enquirers are job seekers which are of no use for us.

I wish I could give Sulekha USA 0 stars but 1 is the lowest I can choose, here is why -

I have been trying to get a status on my refund for a cancelled event since March and I have not received any solid information regarding the same. The refund email was sent to me by Sulekha USA on 12th March saying it will be refunded within 10-15 days. I first contacted Sulekha after 15 working days passed, I was told that refunds are delayed due to COVID-19 and that they have processed it but it will take some time to get to me(God knows if the refund is walking on foot to reach me from Texas or what). Second time I contacted them few days later, I was assured that I would get the refund within 20-25 business days after the event cancellation. 25 days passed and I got nothing. I got frustrated and called them, the customer support agent kept repeating these words - "Refund will processed shortly Sir." and without listening to me she hung up the phone. If this is how they treat their customers, I would say Sulekha does not even deserve to be a company at all as it is being run by a bunch of unprofessional and uneducated people who lack information that the customer has every right to know. I submitted email request asking for my refund several times but unfortunately I have not heard back yet on any of those email requests. We are in May now and I do not know when the right time will come, I have started to feel like Sulekha is just trying to avoid answering to me and waiting for me to gradually give up and let it go. This is truly unprofessional and unacceptable. So Sulekha, you have won as I have finally given up trying to reach out to you for an answer and have decided to contact my Bank to file a claim against your con company but I will not leave any opportunity to provide a feedback as negatively as possible. I will never be using Sulekha and advise anyone who is reading this to do the same. These people don't care and offer pathetic customer service. Their practices are unethical and users be aware of them.

They frequently called me and presente their plan which starting with 6000 INR to pronote my buisness ... later i dont even get an enquiry and then i contacted their customer service and their response was very bad

It's a team of cheaters. Sulekha just is only who to collect money for pocket of others. Their staff members are very well trained to keep information in confidential which can harm you. Public ally they will show you that they serve the customer in the best way but its totally fake behaviour. They only behave to collect money and business. They do not follow business ethics and cheat customers on day basis. I also listed my business with them but really disappointed in the last after losing money. Going for sulekha means your are going for big shock of loss of money and you will be experiencing worst service everyday further they will run away after taking money and later they will say to refer our terms and conditions which are just to serve their own purpose.

No communication after several attempts for the payment I suppose to receive from the selling of the tickets. After more than 10 times I have decided to write on social media to collect my partial pending payment. No one is responding on email or over the phone regarding my partial payment. Person/accountant they have assigned not picking up my phone at all. Email I am sending was not responded by any of them. Worst service ever. Try to collect more money then what they suppose to. For less than$300 it is not worth to go after them. Reach me out at 416 836 3655 if anyone has question - I will let you know if they have made payment or not.

SCAMMERS OF THE ORDER ‘n’. That’s my opinion about them. I shall explain.

I was a practicing urologist in India till Dec 2017. After which I migrated to USA to advance my professional career. Some months later I received a call from https://Sulekha.com, on my India phone number(more than an year after I left India), asking to become a paid member. I declined explaining that I was no more in India, hence I do not need their services.

Soon on 19th Feb 2019 Sulekha writes a completely false, baseless, unverified and libelous review against me on their own web site. That is the ONLY review they have for me on their web site. Apparently it has been written by some one named PANKAJ who consulted me for his health needs. I have to mention here that since I was in USA since Dec 2017(can provide immigration documents to prove my claim of not being in India since Dec 2017), I wonder how he got my consultation and advise. Further more I do not remember him as my patient at all. It is a false review probably posted by a company employee to make me pay for the removal of the same. Since I am no more in India this does not effect me but goes miles to show the dirty business tactics these guys have.
