Very bad experiences with sulekha.june 9 i had given a TV mi 32" led tv and 5000/ rupees advance for repair.Suresh kumar bairwa the proprietor of Crystal Enterprises came with two person and assured will repair and stall within two day.but till the date he did not return the same. Neither picking call nor the given address available. There is no responsibility of sulekha says helping desk. So whenever any try to take the service from Sulekha it is only u are responsible for your goods. Very poor service and organization. Very sad

It's a very fantastic app . You can get very amazing , experienced and frank teacher and according to me in this era this is very hard to get frank teachers .

This is kamalraj from glowspace Interiors Chennai, before 7 months I register sulekha for by business leads so meet the sales executive from sulekha he told me each and every leads as verified so my team give genuine lead, still now I received 70+ leads but 95% fack or irrelevant leads only each and every week I complete that but no one not responding monthly once I meet the sales head after that he told me (why your asking fully genuine leads yes my team verified the right but not 100% only 10%) still my package expired I don't any business about sulekha. The sulekha team trying to close complaint only but not rectified, Al the best sulekha for your great fall, I don't have a choice to give zero star, Mr CEO@Sulekha sir plz try to rectifie this problem sir or prepare for your great fall because customer service is only way to great success. Plz don't try to close this also sir

We called on this site for minor repair of our top loading washing machine and they promised to give us their best services in economical price but the person sent by the company totally damaged as he was inexperienced person.

They sell to people with actual no genuine leads. They just rob peoples money.

I got good support from Sulekha for desktop and laptop service and I am satisfied with the response.

From last four day I am trying to reach there executive they are not responding even I try more than 3-4 time from mobile app no response. Once you paid money its gone no body respond on issues. I lost my money.

One of the fraudulent people I have ever come across.. I reside in Alwarpet, Chennai..found a cook for my house through sulekha.. Vinod Kumar was the person who sent a cook by name lavanya. She hardly worked for about a week .. she did not know to cook any dishes and asked us to teach her and she will learn.. due to unavoidable situation we had to stop her. We paid her salary too. VINOD KUMAR was the person who was in charge of arranging this person.. he asked us to pay 6000rs advance and said if we are not satisfied we will return half the money. It’s been almost two weeks My money has not been refunded... initially that person told lame reasons saying that the company is not responding to any of his mails.. Now that person is saying that whether we like or not we have to keep the cook for minimum 3 months otherwise refund will not be given.. what rubbish is this.. apart from this he is asking me to do whatever I can and asking me to do it in a bigger level.. he is not bothered.. worst experience.. please don’t believe this agency.. fraud people.. fraud clients .. with no ethics at all .. I have attached the proof below

I got service person contact no through your site he came and change the new water purifier and I have got warranty for 1 year the next day machine was not working properly I called countless time but he is not responding please don't keep this kind of fraud vendors in your site please block him immediately.

I have bought sulekha plan and paid around 10, 000 for getting leads. Their sales executives are too smart they are making very big promises and you will trust them and pay them but later you will get nothing no new leads, I just got 5 leads in 2 months for Paying Guest Accommodation while in justdial I got around 40 to 50 leads for this same category. So I have asked for a refund and they agreed but even after a month I didn't get my money back. So guys be careful while buying sulekha plans. Sulekha seems cheater company.

Guys don’t use this website for searching anything as it won’t verify the details before publishing in it. I took the help for getting transportation of my car but it was a nightmare. When I asked about Sulekha that did you verify before publishing in your website and wanted to register complaint, it denied to register complain.

My tv was not working I visited nearby shop they told me 500₹ visiting charges and repair cost is around 6000

Then I visited online sulekha.com and filled my details and requirements within 15 minutes call receiving started then I chosen cheapest and got my tv repaired

Sulekha services is the worst to worstest, I had given my laptop for repairing it’s been 20 days and I got my laptop without any repair but meanwhile the service providers keep on saying that mam your work is going on and so on, keeping the consumers in trap. Worst service I have ever got, I will recommend to stop using Sulekha services as this is horrible, Sulekha should not keep consumers in trap. You are ruining your brand image, I will recommend everyone not to use Sulekha . Useless site and services till now “ SULEKHA” if this continues Sulekha has to be banned . Fake site and unpromising services and i am not able to submit my review feedback without giving them three stars otherwise I would have given them zero 0 . What a trap “” to submit feedback we have to give three stars “” useless and worthless, , just wasted my time

I wanted to delete my review on Maruthi PG as the issue was resolved by the owner of that PG and even submitted a request to sulekha to remove that review so many times and they never resolved the issue, please I request all never ever use sulekha.
