Worst site. Got my fridge repaired by the technician listed in this site. This guy doesn't know the job, chargedexhorbitantly and did not give invoice for parts changed. The fridge stopped working within a week of repair. No response to my complaint by Sulekha.com, and the technician is dodging , after promising 6 months warranty for the repair, without giving invoice or warranty papers for parts changed. Beware of this fraud site and the fraud technician.

No one wants to help the customer in sulekha team. full team are useless and always try to make u full and tell that ur not understanding.no one can take responsibility n no one wants to tell u truth. and after some time people will not picking ur call in sulekha team .Dont take any membership package from sulekha. Sulekha guys are so dominating n no intent to help and they will not give you proper guidance and blame on u always. I got sulekha's membership in Oct and till Dec I didnt get any clarity about inquires or they only cut our amount daily. so help less people in Sulekha. dont subscribe anymore. I m very unsatisfied customer. if u want to waste ur money then enroll in sulekha.

I searched for detective agency for some reason in sulekha

Then after I received a call from one detective agency regarding sulekha search

He offered me service and first charge 10000/- rs

I paid same day 10000/- with Google pay

But from second day he blocked me and feed

I complaint sukekha near 2 months

Sukekha promise to salve d matter and get money back

But on 20 th November one staff of sulekha called and said will nott help you can do whatever you want...

Sir how can I get money back

And sulekha has to take responsibility for..

I have 23 inch Toshiba LCD TV. Due to unavailability of Toshiba service centre in Patna I was looking for some local repair centre. Then after looking for several website I got to know about sulekha.com.

First I was skeptical of using it, but I went ahead and booked a repair request. To my surprise I got a call from a repair centre within 1 minute. He got my address and within 2 hours he was in my home and the same day he serviced my TV.

One thing I can say with full confident that if you are having any problem with your TV close your eyes and book a repair request with sulekha.com , they will not disappoint you.

Request everyone better to search for nearby area service providers. They are cheating the customers. 12th November 2020 I raised a complaint on a service provider. Every day I use to call their customer care center only Divya, Bhavya and Bhagya will attend the call but there's no use. Only answer is sorry for the inconvenience. They don't give their seniors or next level contact details. Please see the quality of work. I lost my LED tv because of them. They are unable to resolve the issue. Don't trust sulekha.com please. My complain number is 2901369. Even you can call and check the status of above mentioned complaint number.

I have taken service from sulekha.com for my interior company and they promised me to give verified lead and in worst if I get any irrelevant lead they ll replace it.. I was happy with their promises.. and once I gave money their fraudulent activity started..their 1st lead was a interior designer it self.. 2nd lead was shown me some confidence in sulekha but now its 22 days that customer neither replying back nor giving appointment.. 3rd lead was again a interior contractor, 4th lead was job seeker and continued till today now I only stopped calling their leads since these 22days journey with sulekha was very horrible.. in these 22days one lead I got and I called him he started abusing me bcoz he was also a interior designer..

I called these sulekha ba..rd to stop my compaingn and return my money they said we ll process your request but its 4 days till today no call back no response..

I request people who all are the victims of this fraud sulekha business and their associates please file case in consumer court against these people.. I am going to do it and definitely I ll teach them lessons.. for my genuinty putting some screen shots of sulekha leads here..

At time of false promises done. after sales not picking up the call. also not providing training. also leads comes are mostly jobseeker and by false promising and adding extra services and cities in your account they are only pouching your money from wallet.

Good and prompt services. For any service availability is there. You get many leads and responsiveness is good.

We have taken new subscription by making payment of Rs.50, 000. Total leads received from last 7 months is Zero. There is no valid responses provided. Even there is no response after drafting mail to care@sulekha.com especially always false promises from sulekha executive geethanjalis@suleakha.com.

I got n of r k detective agency from your website I paid 10000/_ online but now he absconding block my calls whatsapp I complaint you 1 week before but you had not replied till now as you promised you will call back within hree days..I want money back,

This is a such ridiculous service this people charging 45$ for only 25 days.this call lancing, and after paying this much amount also they are hiding contacts its really really degusting service.

They will not respond after getting money. Please ignore them, they are cheating many people daily. I am filing a case against them

I got registered on sulekha and they promised me that they will provide good service to us but after selling their sales executive start ignoring my calls

They just fool their clients and I dint got any appropriate leads that they promised me before selling their services

so guyz be aware with this fraud people and company they just say things

I m a registered tutor in Sulekha. I am having 9 yrs of experience in teaching and taught to the pupil from different countries across the globe. I have got around 40 leads from sulekha regarding the training requirements. Among 40 at least 1 person haven't converted. I had wasted 6000 rupees .. I was really shocked to see such a worst app.. My bad luck.. I lost my money and also lot of time. Being a teacher with personal experience with sulekha i m telling that not to pay 1 rupee also for this app. Even customer service is also worst. They will call after 4 days of putting request to them and they will talk very arrogantly. Really frustrated with this stupid app.
