We have registered with Sulekha.com last year in the month of Nov 2019, for our company, the guy who came to us told us that each and every lead provided will be purified by us and given to you.

When services have been started we were shocked to see, leads provided are of job requirements(Clients who are looking for job openings) and not for our services. We have contacted the Sulekha customer service team with this issue none of them are interested to show some courtesy to neither resolve it nor address it. It took almost a month to resolve the issue after being behind then every now and then.

Another major concern here, leads that are provided to us are also circulated to other 20-30 companies at the same time. If you ask the Sulekha team about this they simply say “Sir, You need to call them first and you need to convert them as soon as possible”. If this is the case why we should pay you money for leads we would have directly invested in Google Adwords, Because of your fake promises we went and invested in Sulekha. At the time of sign up, they committed that you would be given fresh leads and not given to any other company, Which is purely a fraud these guys are making and fooling people around.

When you raise a complaint no one bothered to answer but if you raise a request for new signup or inquiry they will call you in minutes.

My only request to you guys is to refund my amount which I have paid registered mobile number 9885500789. We don't want your leads or services or your phone calls, fed-up with your services.

Very good service, any kind of home appliance service can be available readily and I got the serivce for all the installation like a/c, tv and furniture when I relocated to new destination. pls use this apps for your urgent needy purpose.

When I relocated recently to different place, I dont have any of the technican to install the TV or A/C or furniture. I just enquired sulekha.com and got fixed all the issue within one day. it is good and very prompt service so pls use sulekha for your home needy.

Sulekha team members call as customers and charge money from premium member on their portal.

Sulekha sell membership to variou business owner, saaying that they provide valid ccustomers.

But their team call as customer and charge money from their menbers

Respective technician called me immediately and they came to my home and checked fully what problems occurred in my machine.

Then they replaced my washing machine pcb properly with no cost of service. Only board charge paid to AR COOL SERVICE, TRICHY.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They will beg and plead to get your business and once the money is transferred they will disappear. Not one of them will respond to you. No text, no calls, no emails. I do not think that the Customer Service guys even work. They must getting paid for doing nothing.

Hi, I connected with one Astrologer. His name is Santosh Shastri contact number 7434070626.(google pay name: Santosh Joshi) I informed him all my concern and problem he immediately responded by saying he just solved the problem same like me two months back and he said it will cost 11000 and for me it was most important thing to get sorted so I requested him that I will pay half and half after the result and he agreed on the same. After 2 days he called me and said my work is getting very close and there is some kind of issue is going for that he will require another remedy to solve and for that it will cost 6000 more. I believed him and transfered the amount. Again now he saying the same to share 10000 more. I stopped and informed him to stop the process.
