A Fraud company who has eaten up my 57 thousand rupees which was taken on interest. They said that they will give an amount for each online survey done by people. They asked to deposit minimum 11000 for each person to take part in online surveys.

Thousands of Educated fools like me did as they said and one day news arrived that they have ran away.They have eaten money of innocent people, how they will be happy!

SPEAKASIA totally fake and froud company.Don't invest a single money in speakasia.

They show you there payment proof.but every thing is fake.

In speakasia you have to invest some money like 10000/- and you will get online survey on every thursday and you have to take that survey within some time.

For each a/c you have to pay 10000/- and every week you will get four survey and you have to complete that.When you do this job for a month after that you will get pay in your bank a/c like some of 4000/- only.

You recived money from then just one or two times.after that your a/c wil be closed.

so, I request you DON'T INVEST YOUR MONEY IN SPEAKASIA its totally froud company.

Speak asia is just another internet chain income scheme, which are never sustainable and ultimately collapse when the chain cannot proceed beyond a certain limit. Speakasia is taking money in the name of subscription to an online newsletter for $220, so that if the online-survey scheme collapses, you cannot claim any fraud as you have not paid for the membership of the scheme but only for the newsletter, which the company can anyways keep sending as it costs nothing.

Speak Asia has failed to establish it actual source of earnings which it claims come from conducting surveys for companies requiring customer feedback. It is impossible to believe that any company would pay upto $25 for an online-survey from one customer. Further more why one would encourage same member to have multiple accounts (premium panel, sponsored sub-panel) to earn more commissions as the very purpose of conducting survey from different people is defeated.

The whole objective of the scheme appears to be to trap more and more members to keep increasing the money chain. My guess is that, the company is paying for the surveys from the money it is collecting as subscription ($220) and not from the money given to it by companies for conducting surveys. The chain keeps on increasing by members who in their greed for higher commission keep trapping un-suspecting simpletons to join the chain and shell out $220. Members are getting paid because their is a regular un-interrupted inflow of subscription amount. The payment for online-surveys shall stop (or shall be reduced drastically) once the chain stops, and their are very few new members joining the chain.

The above fact has also been accepted by SpeakAsia representatives in their press conference held in Mumbai on 16th May, 2011. A day earlier all companies named by SpeakAsia, viz., BATA, ICICI Bank, Nestle etc. have denied (thru their marketing heads) having any relationship with SpeakAsia at all. After this Speak Asia has admitted that no company has asked them to conduct these surveys and they have been conducting these surveys on their own. This also means they are not getting any income from other companies for these surveys. Therefore all the payments being made in the name of surveys is being done from the subscription amount collected from members only.

If the company would have been a genuine survey oriented company, it would not have asked for $ 220 as subscription for the e-newsletter. The other important feature is that the company is registered in Singapore which is safe haven for criminals and fraudsters, thereby protecting it from prosecution under Indian Law, if it is charged for fraud in India.

While getting paid for surveys is a real  phenomenon, one should understand that it can offer you just a few bucks  for your opinion sitting at home. You should not expect to earn a  livelihood or get rich through this. Also a genuine survey company will  never ask for membership fees. My experience  tells that the most reputed and the largest survey companies which  operate globally including India, pay you not more than Rs. 60 to Rs.  120 for each surveys. The most reputed survey company in the world are  Avante Panel, Corp scan which operate thru a number of partner websites  such as in.ipanelonline.com, corpscan.com, starpanel.startv.in,  swapyourvoice.in etc. Further you get paid only when your background,  income status, location etc. suits the requirement of each survey.  Therefore you can assume that any company asking for membership fees or  promising to pay more than Rs. 60 to 120 per survey, then it is a  sure-shot fraud.

Join this scheme only if you are sure of creating a sustainable long chain of panelists (by convincing them or fooling them or trapping them) sponsored by you in the chain as this is the only source of income in this scheme. Be prepared to loose your $220 without shedding a tear, its a gamble.

Now that cases have been registered against this company in India, it will have to stop its business activity in India. The members who have very recently invested in this scheme will lose all their money. Indian Law does not permit any un-registered body to collect money from common people in India without approval for its business model from designated government agencies such as RBI/SEBI. In case Speak Asia fails to prove its source of income from external companies thru which it is claiming to pay its members, then they shall be prosecuted for cheating and fraud under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code. My advice is that try to recover your investment as early as possible before the company is made to close its business by law enforcement agencies.

After arrest of its COO in Mumbai, SpeakAsia has changed its business from online surveys to selling unbranded cheap Chinese electronic items under its own brand name YUG. This has been done to escape prosecution for defrauding lakhs of people for membership of online survey mechanism which never existed. It is giving desperate face saving advertisements in newspapers which will not stop the police from arresting the actual owners of the company hiding outside India.

There are many other companies who have been paying for online surveys without asking for membership fees such as ipanelonline.com. corpscan.com, surveyhead.com etc.

It feels great to write a review on MS after so many days and that too for a very healthy cause.  I found reviews on speakasiaonline on MS but they were not very detailed so not helpful for readers, so they could not make out anything about the product, so I decided to write one.  Guys everyone must be watching IPL and also will be seeing an add of speakasia.

The ad must be tempting you to see what it is enabling you to find more information about it.   I also got eager after seeing an add and decided to find out more about it.  After gathering information I came to know that, the site is a survey site which pays you for taking surveys.  Let me tell you more about the site.

This site guarantees to pay you rupees 52000 by just investing rs 11000 for one year i.e. 345% returns in one financial year.  You have to do just two surveys in a week and you can earn 1000 rs weekly and 4000 rupees a month.  If you make any members that will maximize your earnings and you can earn much more.  This sounds so lucrative, but is it logical.

I really cannot seem to find an answer for it.  In Nagpur also I came to know from one of my relative that he has invested rupees 33000 in January 2011 and his son's friends have joined him as referrals and he earned a huge income of 1 lac till date, I did not believe it at first but he was my close relative so why would he lie to me and I considered it as true.  He also asked me to join but I decided to gather all the information about this thing before I invest because 345% return in a single year is absolutely unbelievable.  I asked him about the members he has made, are they getting paid he called them and I decided to visit few of them personally as I am having holidays these days due to Easter as well as marriage of prince williams as my work is uk based.  I went to few of the members that he made who have invested money on speakasia, they said they are getting money regularly, although they have not made any members just by filling the surveys, the money is credited to their bank accounts properly in time, but this also could not establish my faith on the concept.

I decided to have a good look at their site.   The company says it gets paid from the corporates from the surveys which they carry out.  I thought if that is the case, I mean if they are getting paid why would they take initial 11000 rs from the people who join????? They are giving 500 rs per survey which takes nearly 10 minutes.  I took one sample survey as well.  It was very simple.  There is nothing wrong or right, just you have to choose an option.  No option is correct and nothing is incorrect.  All this sounds so attractive.  Why work hours when you can earn money so easily one must be thinking, why waste so much money of our parents on education, when you can start earning money so easily without any eligibility, without having to use your mind just by choosing A, B, C, D.

After a wiseful thinking I came to conclusion that this is another Multilevel Marketing thing.  People are getting paid just for filling the surveys because money they are getting as inflow is much much more and they dont have to pay all the money at once to the invested indivituals, in parts they can pay, so that keeps adding new money to their accounts.  Like if I give them 11000 rs today it wont be a big deal for them to give me 4000 rs after a month because during that period a lot of members would have joined and speakasia would have got multiples of 11000 rs taking their cash sky high.  So, I understood that it is not a big deal.  Are Indian corporates fool to pay money to site for gathering opinions, then why are they investing crores on advertising when they can save a lot of money by this route.   I think the surveys must be designed by speakasia itself, they wont be getting a single rupee from corporates, and they are just doing money rotating business i.e. just pass the basket.

As long as the inflow of money is more than the outflow I think people will continue to benefit and earn good amount of money through it, but as soon as the outflow becomes less this concept will start nearing its end.  Advertisement which they are giving is the money of investors who have invested in speakasia for multiple returns and sony max has nothing to do with the company, its base or what does it do, if sony max gets money they wont mind giving mercy adds for kasab on their channel if somebody promises to pay them for that advertisement, these channels are money hungry, trp hungry.  They have made that Fake saibaba god because he was sachin tendulkar's idol.  You must be wondering if the company is fraud why has it not run away till now.  I think they must be having a target set in their mind.  If they achieve that much amount I bet guys they will run away, it may happen in a day, in a week or a fortnight or may be a year but time will come when they will run away keeping investors burn their fingers.

So, beware guys this is a bubble which can burst at any moment.  There is no fast money in this world, money only grows in long-term..

ENOUGH IS enough. How many more times does the people have to be cheated.

This is clear case of cheating and fraud. They may be paying now, and later they will run away. By logic this is definitely a fraud company.

So all of u read this review do mail to the Economic Offenses Wing in ur respective cities or state at the earliest. Check their mail id from google and let them give a certificate that this is a genuine company

Is it registered in India and where in India is their head office? Is it a genuine company? Wherever they have held seminars, who has paid for it? What was the mode of payment? I just want to know about the veracity of the company.

How much should one trust it since its offer seems to be too good to be true for a life time. Though I know few people who have made it big having joined in early stages like "Amway."
