I made a profile for my friend on this shaadi.com platform, but I am very disappointed with their services and their attitude I really don't like when people have diplomatic faces first when I want to invest my money and time on this app they are becoming very nice and sweet after taking the membership they are not responding my calls, my messages and doing nothing at all. So I would like to suggest that you don't invest your money and time on this app because they are not worthy and I found this app is very low grade and my experience was very bad ?? they are just doing their business and after taking membership they didn't do nothing at all and the profiles are fake and the attitude are very disappointing.

This is an absolutely fake website and money grabbing company, they forced me to pay 5000 saying premium package and later no proper services, after 1 month their backend team calls and ask for 15, 000 extra will separately arrange meetings and share the Pic's of Elite profile and organize meetings with Bride members, since I refused my premium package getting no proper highlights, views and recommendations, requests and reference, I am from Bangalore( Karnataka) and getting all requests from UP, Bihar and North India, despite of making several requests they frustrate sharing the same North India requests, I strongly feel they manipulate and control the website and whatever members we choose, select and send requests they will not receive it . Spending money is wasting your hard earned money and getting fooled by this scammers.

I am a member of both shaadi and bharat matrimony, while I see some beautiful pictures posted are fake. The profile says some details and after 2-3 months the profile pops up with new details same pictures. Belonging to city x and then city Y.

The thing is that even phone numbers are shared and someone is there to speak to you as well. Customer care people for each religion and culture are present.
