Very surprising customer service. I used these guys a few times – no problems. Then on my last collection from Bangalore, the courier did not turn up on time. I just made 1 phone call to the ParcelFly office and they resolved the issue for me straight away. They contacted another courier for me and reorganized the collection with no stress.

I must absolutely recommend this company to all. The first service I have seen where you don’t get 20 calls from all sorts of people bothering you. You can see their prices but they cant get your number until and unless you decide to pick one.

Then you only have to deal with the courier who gives you the best quote. Brilliant.

I have to say that being a student I’m always on the look out to save a few bucks.I have used parcelfly over the last few days to send some hand made Diwali gifts and I found the site really easy to use.

Bombayites will be extremely pleased to hear of a brand new international courier service in Mumbai that will take away all the headaches associated with sending parcels abroad (or locally).

I usually send my packages using DHL Using parcelfly I managed to get the same delivery via SJ logistics but somehow they are linked to DHL but the price was far cheaper. I wish I knew of this sooner!

First class service, I have already recommended to my co workers and friends. No more infinite calls for every time I need to send a package. More important than money it saved me head aches. Loved It!

I have been using the service for quite some time now. It is a great idea and has made me some good savings. It takes some time for quotes to come through but when they eventually do it is worth it. It is getting faster and faster slowly.

I only first found out about Parcelfly around 2 weeks ago. Since then I have booked 4 different jobs for my business, so thought I should finally post a review.

Great service and great pricing on all of them. However, my usual man was able to match the cost for one of my packages. So I went with him on 1 occasion. Otherwise would have been 5! Keep it up.

The best prices around. But you must speak with the courier company that wins the job directly. Lucky we did or there would have been a big problem with the collection.

I was surprised at the price quoted is cheaper than I have had before.

Easy website to use, and fast delivery service(faster than advertised!). I really like the quick quote option which gives you the live costs from all the courier guys. The only thing I would like extra is if my account would also remember the address and contact details of who I had sent to before.

My son had left his computer screen at home when he went back to University. I googled couriers and found ParcelFly. The pricing was very good and I found their site very easy to navigate, and that is from someone who is not computer literate. My parcel was duly collected and was delivered to my son the next day.
