Note: All people who have been cheated by Opulentus, please watch this forum. I have initiated the consumer complaint and criminal complaint. We should come together and protest. Please put a comment on this thread. They are charging an exorbitant fee for a very low quality consulting. They are charging a fee to spoil our case. All the information is available openly. We go to them hoping they will add value in addition to what is already there. But instead of adding value, they spoil the case. I don't want any more people to be cheated by this fake consultancy with fake consultants.
I had paid you INR 70,000 hoping to get the right counseling. Initially they charged Rs 1000 to evaluate my profile and said that if I get 7 in IELTS, my profile is eligible for 190 Australia PR. I have scored 7. But I am in limbo here and victim of bad counseling. Did I pay money to get bad counseling? For what do you charge this money?
Considering this, I have decided to stop my process with Opulentus and seek my refund. It is not only the money but they have wasted my time. They have shown me false dreams and made me spend unnecessary money and time. I have already spoken to the law enforcement authorities and they say this comes under criminal breach of trust, intentional misleading, giving the false promise, etc. After the initial payment here is the observation:
1.While selling the package they had said that I just need to submit my educational and work-related documents. Every other document will be made and given to me so that I can go to the relevant authorities and get it signed. I don't have to do anything. However, I saw that each and every document I had to make and opulentus just will review it. What is the use of your review?
2.The person initially who called me from opulentus said that I have to fill the 80% form in the opulentus portal like my sibling details, spouse details, travel details etc then only can be proceed to the next step of ACS. How bad and untruthful this statement was. This wasted a lot of my time. Later I came to know that for ACS all these things are not required.
3.People come to opulentus for some strategy and for the right way of representing themselves. Opulentus asked me to submit my document to ACS even without proper strategy. That step was a blunder mistake. They had zero input. They let me down. The person who had the exact same case as I was given all the experience of by ACS. He did it all by himself. I paid ACS money to spoil my case.
4.Dont cheat people. For what do you charge 70,000? Don't you have any conscience? Do people pay you to spoil their case? If you were not sure of my case, why did you ask me to submit details to ACS?
5.Calling once in a blue moon in the name of useless orientation does not sever purpose. I guess their strategy is to show some work. But ultimately they will be exposed. One girl had called me a week ago. She did not even know about my case. She had not even gone through my documents. All she knew was I am opulentus client. She wanted to hear details from me so that she can give further counselling. Height of laziness.
I strongly believe that they are cheating millions of people. What information is available freely, they are trying to create some hype and selling the same information at such a high cost. Their review portal is also fake.
