One of the worst Banks of the century. Public please be aware. It is better to avoid SBI Bank they give one of the worst services. Never trust them. The Bank employees are rude behavior. Try to imagine and prevent this bank from any service. You will only face hardship and misery with this bank service.

SERVICE IS VERY GOOD
YOU CAN TRANSFER FUND VERY EASLY.
AND CHECK TRASECTION.
MUST USE FOR BANKING TRASECTION.
SBI IS VERY USELESS BANK.MANY TIME I VISITED SBI BEANCH TO GET ATM, I GOT ATM WITH GREAT DIFFICULTY, BUT NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE BANK AGAIN TO OPEN ITS SERVICE, IF YOU KEEP GOING AROUNG THE BANK, THAN WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THEIR ONLION BANKING.
I REQUEST THE CENTRAL GOVERMENT, PLEASE DO ANYTHIG TO PRIVATIZE THIS BANK SO THAT EMPLYEES HERE CAN PROVIDE GOOD FACILITIES TO THE INDIAN PEOPLE.

One of the worst website and app I have seen, their employees are still in 90's there is no flexibility. For resolving few kind of password issues we have to visit the home branch, it's really a waste of time....
Eventhough v have sbi for many years, v didn't get any info easily till now it becomes very irritating, please improve

Even didn't give me online banking details

I never recommend anyone to this bank when you call them no give answers and if give answers gave wrong number to call solve problems this is harassment to customers
I opened account because it's reputation but my true opinion is worse bank service.
I'll reimbursement to reimbursement if my internet banking username and password not set up.
And if still not resolved then I'll go Australian court now you understand how it's harassment.

The 3rd class service providers in the Sbi branch of jath.... Can't work early due to lots of customers..... I just want to connect Gmail to my account they told me come tomorrow...the next day is Holiday..... My 5 sec work they make 3 to 4 days.... I ask them to give application form for gmail attaching...they can't given... And told me to come after tomorrow....

Where not required there they are opens a branch in small village there were no lots of customers and where in the Tahasil level there is lots of customers there is only one branch i was seeing from past 8/10 years....
Very Bad experience
I had an OTP problem an thought of submit a complaint through their online portal. The appearance it self give me the feeling of a student developed portal. They developed this portal to make sure that nobody submit any complaints through this portal. The site is designed by a student and it never let u submit a complaint instead throw error. I doubt who ever is incharge of SBI customer care is not aware of these kind of crap?.
Yesterday I visited sbi atm for cash. after one failed transaction balance deducted from account but cash not getting.
it is poorest service of indian biggest sbi bank.
comparison wise indian private bank service is best.
now I will close my all accounts from sbi,

The deelopers seriously look into their feature they have developed.
So annoying, getting time out within 1 minute. I am trying to do a online payment from last 1 hour and still struggling. We have so many talents in the country and we have developed such a rubbish product for our national bank.
I am trying to reset my net login password for last many weeks .
The problem is that when I try to reset password option, it is not going forward as they say in the videos . In videos it says system will ask for OTP number .But I never get this screen .
if I call the support team, the poor guys are not able to give any solution and told me contact home branch .if we ask help from branch .they are asking to contact customer care .
Unfortunately I am not in India and not able to go to bank for reset .
The attached form will come back even we tried to fill the form and continue with OK
Horrible! I have been trying to login! not able to. I tried the "forget password, forgot username" and everything! Nothing works! It just takes me to a page to fill in my details but never gives a solution! I have tried this for 2 months now! I am frustrated!
I use YONO. Little better. But can't do all the job!

During deposit money by machine they are taking 25 rupees as CD every time.Totally bullshit and looting type services they are providing.??????
You get otp on phone some times if you are lucky, some times you dont. It has been working well until 2 months ago. Not sure what is going on now.
there is no direct link on home page to make third party transfer. Cannot say it is easy to navigate for those who are not computer savy.
One of the ducking backing system SBI really have and they wont care about their customers.
Old systems and long lasting process.
Employees dont have any knowledge on what so ever including Managers.
This is every said as this is the largest back deployed in india.
