My experience booking a rental flat with Nestaway was wonderful, It had this bed-sharing option where I saved almost 50% rent by sharing my room with my roommate.
Here is my opinion about Nestaway. This month I just moved into RK villas Nest and due to their carnival offer I got 25% off on my 1st rent payment. So far my experience has been good.

I'm really enjoying the stay in Bandi Nest property, every month they offer amazing community events. Thanks to the entire team for organising such events.

Good I choose nestaway, The transparent process and the absence of additional fees allowed me to focus on finding the right home without worrying about extra costs.
I chose Nestaway because it's a brokerage-free platform, and it made a significant difference in my rental journey.
During my stay i faced a small electrical issue. The issue was resolved within hours when I raised it on their app. Their property manager was very helpful for real-time updates.
Nestaway's property management services were been really helpful to me. I have handover my 2 properties to them, and now I'm worry free because i see all my properties are being well taken care.
One best things i like about them is the charge zero % brokerage from tenants. Whereas if you're willing to find your house from local broker's you must pay 1 month of brokerage to them. In this case, i save that my amount.
I would like to share my review on this platform, When it comes to house hunting I must admit that nestaway is the right choice. The service manager really helped me to show the multiple house and finally selected the house with all the requirements.
I'm staying in Indra Nest and they complete team is really supportive.
And i also got some 25% off on 1st rent because of the October rent carnival offers.
I was finding difficulties while searching a flat in Noida, thanks to Mr Rajju who shortlisted few properties in near my area and i got the best 1 RK apartment from Nestaway.
I am a property owner and I am very satisfied with the Nestaway, All the property owners out their if you're finding difficulty to manage your property then Nestaway would be the right choice.

Nestaway support is the best at being worst. After 20 odd calls to support when I asked for an escalation(which was after 15 minutes of hold), the guy simply disconnected my phone. After redialling, I get reconnected to the same guy who says that because I uttered profanities he disconnected my call.

I have never heard about this company, nor want to interact seeing the reviews. I received an email from this company. Shameful, that any filth can access our data so easily.

Yes this is a cheater company .. better not to indulge. All good reviews are posted by their employees and their friends to increase rating. These are fake reviews
