I applied it on my phone from Kochi, India. Within 4 months of Installation, the film started coming off from the corners. Since it had lifetime warranty I took it to their outlet. The response I received from store were horrible. They are asking for extra charges for replacing the film. If charges are applicable, then how can we define it as warranty? Never ever recommend to anyone. Even the low quality film will last 6 months on my phone. Here in India I can get low quality films for Rs.300. This film I have applied for Rs.2200, thinking that it got lifetime warranty. And they are demanding Rs.420 as extra charges for claiming the warranty. If this is the case its always better to get low quality films for 300. This is what we call organized looting.”

Beware

One of the worst customer care service. I bought it 8 months back in Bangalore (Inorbit mall) for my iPhone. Product is very expensive (INR 5500 +) as it claims that no damage occur to mobile even if you drop from 7ft. But the catch is they neither give guarantee for the mobile nor for their mobile Bumber and screen guard. Bumber is broken in few drops but they will charge you every time for replacement.

Mumbai Customer Care service guys are Uneducated cheap fellows who can’t understand what you speak and also abusive in their language #Mobileoutfitter
