They have stopped withdrawl of money . they are not replying on support tickets. fraud fraud fraud . owners should go behind the bars . I will file a police complaint against koinex if they will not reply in next 1-2 days . koinex is started by iitians . can't believe they may be a scammer.

Actually the information and content inside the website deals with providing an interactive platform for trading over cryptos. The procedure starts with signing up and submitting the KYC after approval of kyc the user are eligible for trading. But now a days the approving procedure is taking huge time even the joining or registration is haltedg by the website because of huge number of requirement.

But any how I was lucky that a week ago I added the cash and fortunately I invested over some coins. Now there are two kinds of depositing way available:

Through bank transfer NEFT/RTGS.

Second one is through online wallet payments like from free charge( which is the worst choice) , jio money and all.

The second option will charge the user 2% .

After adding money to wallet of koinex use can trade easily that is sell and buy and win profits.

Now on withdrawing they transfer the money directly to the Bank account which is mentioned there. Just the only disadvantage I've observed was they haven't replied to my queries till now and they are updating since a week due to which trading are halted on koinex. Only on this website hasn't stopped the service even the alternative, coindelta is also creating the same problem so the interesting people should wait for withdrawal.

Koinex is a great new trading platform for Indians to trade in Bitcoins and a few other Altcoins. The altcoins traded on their platform are Ether, Ripple, Bitcoin Cash and Litecoins. Among these Ripple has shown lot of promise in recent weeks. Their app is still in beta stage so its always better to use desktop or laptop to trade through Koinex. You can still manage to use your smartphone for trading but for KYC updation you will mandatorily need a desktop. You can see live charts displayed which is a good thing. Their interface is a little confusing sometimes for the newbees and even more confusing if you use your smartphone. The bank charges are nominal. Bitcoin outgoing transfer fee is around Rs. 1000/- worth of BTC as on date which is their fixed rate. It may sound a little more for transfer of BTC of lesser worth but for bigger transactions it is a boon. They have recently added Google 2 Factor Authentication which is a good step towards security. Hello guys, I am Abhishek Dhyani and today I am gonaa share my experience with Koinex.in with you guys. Guys I literally love to trade in cryptocurrency and I was using foreign exchanges for buying and selling cryptocurrency. Few fews back, I came to know about Koinex.in that it is made in India crypto exchange and secure fast stuff like that. So did register on Koinex. Guys, I want to clear one thing that their registration process is damn slow. I took more than a week for my KYC to get approved from Koinex. I think its their less staff issue, anyway its do shows negative impression to the new customers.

Then I deposited around rs 8000 to my Koinex account and now I can't withdraw it. They are saying that " we are working on our withdrawal process and this may take upto weeks ". Guy I seriously need my money back as I have purchase new Laptop but I can't withdraw just because of poor withdrawal policy of Koinex.

Although, we should appreciate such Indian exchanges as we can trust them. Foreign exchanges are situated at other countries so if any fraud happen, then we can't even contact them.

Withdraws are charged @ 2.36% , so you are basically sharing ur profit with them

Withdraws are not easy, just like booking railway ticket, Lucky if u can

Then they take days to move from pending status,

IF YOU COMPLAIN ON FB PAGE, THEY BLOCK UR ID AND THEY DONT RESPOND TO UR CHAT OR MESSAGES.

U CANNOT CALL THEM. SO BASICALLY UR RISKING UR MONEY.

Be careful where u put ur hard earned money for just some small profit

SO friend this is a online shop .

I thought this website is selling all duplicate.

I was order some thing on this site it take a long time to confirm my order they give me the last date as

10-1-2017 but I didn't get that till now I cancelled the order but till now I didn't get my money

its service is very bad.

the product quality is very bad

you have inquiry about the seller from which you bought that unless you get a defected product.

while you order anything you get the massage that product will delivered within 8 day but you wait it for 20 to 25 days

so friend it is not good working

Hi guys, I am going to share my worst experience with this site, about 10 days ago I have opened an account on this exchange site, I had submitted all my details, KYC docs for verification on the same day 13th dec 2017, now guys its exactly 10 days my KYC process is still in review and because of that I am unable to access the services, I have contacted them several times, sent my concern to them through email but they do not even react like no body is there for customer grievances, also their service is such a creep that I have now left the hope that they would proceed to verify my KYC details.

Also one day on 15th Dec they put the notice on their site that because of so many registrations KYC verification would take upto a week, notice guys upto a week, ie maximum 7 days but now the week is over and still no difference.

If this is the creep service then guys sorry I would not recommend it to anyone because if this is happening in start, if this is the first impression they are putting on their customers I am quite sure if any money issue arises their is no way to contact them as even they do not reply to emails.

Although the site seems to be pretty and secure but what are these for if the company is itself not serious for their customers.

Finally guys I would say it is secure as I can see but the company holders are not ready to deal with customers, even it not seems that they are trying, it seems that they do not care for their customers problem.

So I will not do any business till they work on that issue.This is my experience guys and yes this would be yours if you are new or even if you are already involved until they start caring their customers.

If I talk about the site, I would say it is well designed protected by dDos, UI is great, everything seems to be good but services are not as expected, they must work on it.

And guys this is my opinion, I only dislike it because of their poor customer services or unaccepted delay in solving customer's grievances. They never replied to my issues.

However I am not complaining for the site its good to go with it but really needs lots of improvement in customer support services.
