Working environment is very good. Working here with a good management is awesome. All the LOB here are great, I have joined recently but the culture I found is great. I am enjoying working here. I can refer friends and family to this as working here is very nice

Happy to work with management learnt good things from superiors, mates are helpful, superior encourages us every time, helps in every activity alligned by them or by others, management encourages the initiative take by a person, in case of any uncertanities or misunderstanding superiors or mates helps to teach us and helpa to improve skills, in ahort I can say my colleagues, mates and superiors are my backbone, I have learnt many things after joining this organization like the perfect way to draft a mail or to deliver feedback or how to drive any update or initiative to operation supervisor or to associates, how to deliver dmfeedback, in fact superiors take our reviews twice in a week jusy to look at performance and if in case there is any discrepancies theh help us to overcone the situation, In short I can say I got a Family.
