I am travelling to lucknow.From Lucknow swaran shatabdi.
My coach no.C-10 and seat no-63/64.
In train service staff was very good and polite and followed COVID norms like mask, gloves etc.
Excellent food taste.
And train was very neat and clean

Indian railways charge huge amount for traveling in rajdhani. However, they don’t even have charging points for side berths. It’s like traveling in sleeper class except for the AC. Not worth the money!
The world's huge worst internet ticketing site it goes logout when go to any further task, I think 0 rating is enough for this

When i try through irctc more than 5 time, after filling passenger details its show successfully loggedout. When i try through paytm its booked. Irctc is very very very very bad site to book train tickets.... Thereis no 0 star so i give 1 star
Ticket is not confirmed and still my 150₹ is not refundable i m getting 80₹ Refund. It’s not ok . Do full refund .
Shame to say it's Indian railways official website. It's lots of bugs there.
Why logout was automatically while booking Tatkal seat, Could you please explain new website running very-very slow, even internet speed is too high.
Older website is better than new website, most of the time using older website easily booked ticket.
I am too pissed off when I reached to my seat I booked a2 couch sidelower seat and no charging port there even on the right side of train couches no charging sockets they are only on the left side what rubbish design by railways how could we charge our phone now where in the cabin total 6 seats and only 2 charging ports very disappointed indian railways
Hiii there I am serving in defence forces I had RAC of just 31 but it was not cleared but confirmedticket of 30 waiting was given to another person I have a journey of approx 46 hours in which two nights were come how can one single seat upto last destination big shame on railway
Worst experience journey..Electrician could not fix the issue saying the settings are preset and even if he tried he cannot change.

I was travelled from secunderabad to mumbai (vasai road) and the train number was 02756, i was started my journey at 3:00 pm and my arrival time as per schedule it should be at 6:00 am but the train was 6-hours late and i arrived at 1:00 pm, it was pathetic and very bad experience i faced in train because they didn't inform to passenger the train was late and i missed my exam due to the train was very late, my exam time was 10:00 am but i missed my exam due to the train was late and this was worst experience in faced with Indian railways, i pit on you guys because of late journey i missed my exam and train condition was also very very bad there is no proper maintenance
Today I travel through Tejas express from kudal to Thane. Worst experience. I did not get any food. No any complemts. Very bad service. Very unclean train. My seat was very messy.. I am very dissatisfied about my travelling. I could not enjoy it. Now Tejas express is given very bad performance. Even dustbin also full in kudal station only. No one is come for cleaning. Very dirty toilates. Please improve the performance of the train. I could not give any star to this train.
Yesterday evening I was going to new Delhi from mathura Junction with my family we are 2 gents 3 Ladies 4 kids 12 to 7 year old with 5 luggage.
My train was CSMT Firozpur spl 02137 time to arrive was 18:48 . We present in mathura j. Platform no. 2 on 18:10. As we enquired from display Board. the time was above but train not came.
Display board showing same but NoAnnouncement for train schedule. We were just looking towards the display board and Track with worried about what was going on and asked the people around us but they also blank like us. Suddenly my Eye gone to platform no. 3 the train NUMBER displayed there and . As we reached train starts moving. With very Hard trouble we cached train. That was such a worsted feeling towards Indian Railways. If any from us will injured what will happen.
So, very careless non responsive rude behaviourl staff and non informative. In short Indian Railways is very Risk full mode of transport.

KSR bangalore worst experience ever had in ticket counter the person who issue the ticket they are rude with the passenger, we are paying for it and we should get respect, they think all the people who walks near counter they are from slam areas , we understand it is difficult manage slam people's, but thats the challenge they has to face, instead behaving rude it's no worth, just because of government employee? service is equal to all... And the MEMU train ticket it should be 35rs but they charged me 65rs.. when had railway started making money by this .
We have been traveling through Indian railways from a few decades. Since we belong to Bihar and live in Delhi that's why we usually travel to and fro between these two stations.
As a middle class family, railway fares were never a matter of concern for us till the present government started increasing it ridiculously. Under worse circumstances, inflation rate of any country remains between 0-3% every year but if you are a regular traveller, you must have observed an exponential increase in ticket prices.
I'll talk about an instance that's more than enough to explain how everything is being managed in this department amid this pandemic. During the first covid wave, we were planning to move to our home location i.e. Bihar because since we live there in a village, that's much safer than Delhi in terms of health concerns. We booked tickets for 6 of us in 'Ndls to Rjpb Special train' that was earlier known as 'Sampurn Kranti express'. This time fares were extraordinarily high! Before CoViD a ticket would have costed us nearly ₹400-500 but this time it was more than ₹900 and that too for a waiting ticket. Price was not the only burden we had to face. Our tickets got confirmed just at the day of travel with 'RAC' tags. For those who don't know what RAC is; it's railways' reservation system in which you are given half seat for the price of full. Yes! We were charged more than ₹5400 for 6 seats and given just 3 instead. How can government expect from its citizens to follow social distancing in trains when the railway itself is asking travellers to adjust on half-half seats? And when we boarded the train, most of the seats were vacant and our co-passengers were also anguished after they realised they we all faced same situations! This is nothing more than a tactic to snatch away money from innocent people!
Booking on IRCTC website is hectic.cant able to book a ticket in this site. Kindly update the website.
I am travelling in 12655 navjeevan express (20.5.2021) , where I seen your staff who was keep on stairing my sister , then he was taking a video of her while the another staff was cleaning the floor , after that he came with papers for feedback n directly seated beside my sister , even I was seating there though he dared to seat near her .I came in middle n argued that Is this the way to stair girls n take videos , he didn't ever respond n left my cabin . His name is MUNNA . I want strict actions to be taken against him . People like munna is the only reason why girls can't travel alone in Indian railway. If action is not taken against him than I 'll file a suit against OBHS and your staff MUNNA . remember that today was my sister tomorrow could be yours n some one else too. I request you to take against against him n reply me on my email id . #OBHS #IRCTC #RAILWAY
