Took a GST Registration for Bangalore through instaspaces, price was most competitive and documentation was quick.Faced challenge with one query from GST Department.But their documentation and support team was quick to get us the additional document required by the authorities.

The hosting plans of Instaspace are very cheap and affordable, and above  all very much reliable. Their have a very user friendly system. I am  with them since last 4 years, They were only offering shared hosting  till now but from January this year in 2012 they have updated their  website and put in new vps hosting plans. I mean the progress I am seeing in this company is really commendable. Reaching this level at  this pace is worth appreciating. They are keeping themselves abreast with  the latest technologies in the hosting industry. And their windows vps  plans are all hyper v based.

They emailed me regarding new prices and  plans and was pretty much impressed. They have also offered me great deals as being their old customer since 2003. I don't think I could ask for more from my hosting company. I recommend them to everybody who wants a cheap and a reliable hosting.

I have been with this company for past 4 years and all I can say that  Instaspace is the best hosting company I have been with among all I have  tried before. The tech support is amazing. The main point to note is  that they are available 24/7 all days of the year. Their response is  also the quickest. All my tickets have been answered in less than 2 hrs  whenever I have put in one. Also the uptime of their servers is great.

I am on a shared hosting plan with them and still have never faced any  issue and am very comfortable with their system of working.

I have recently heard that they are about to introduce VPS Hosting plans  too. I am now eagerly awaiting for that plan as I want to shift my VPS  from my existing vps hosting provider to them. If they can be so good  with their shared hosting plan, I hope that they would also provide an  incredible service for all other plans too. But overall Instaspace is a  great company I must say.

This hosting company is a complete fraud! They are a bunch of losers sitting down somewhere in the states and its impossible to know where they are or who works for them! Support people use alias names so you would never know them and they have completely wrecked our business image! We have been repetedly and harshly crictized because our website is either not functioning due to database connectivity loss, misconfigurations of secuirty or directory permissions, corrupt Iis configuration and many more stuff that we have no idea about! They keep moving our application from one server to another with no prior planning or even notification!

We cannot recommend this hosting company to anyone serious about building a website. There is absolutly no support, and I wish i'd know what is their business address!

Several times within marketing campaigns our website is Out Of Service! These people have completely destroyed us! I hope they all rot in hell!
